The scope of our work encompasses simple and serviceable collateral through to complex and bespoke projects. Understanding many kinds of businesses helps us connect and create long standing relationships from sectors such as retail, government, financial, leisure and philanthropic organisations. Being aware of the world our clients work in allows us to be on the cusp of changing attitudes and operate from a position of strength. With state of the art facilities in both Sydney and Newcastle we have the capacity and flexibility to accommodate projects across 2 sites.

3 Our History In a suburban backyard over 52 years ago, the beginnings of a family legacy would take shape in line with the ever developing growth of print. W.R. Bright & Sons was predominantly a typesetting concern supplying type for Maisie Bright s (William Robert s sister) Fairfield Printery. The family tie to printing did not start here though. In 928, the first William (John) Bright began his foray into publishing and printing with The Biz. This would become one of the region s largest newspapers and subsequently bought by Rupert Murdoch s Cumberland Newspapers. Eventually William Robert went on to buy Maisie s business and so started the expansion, development and growth of what has today become the Bright Print Group. Throughout this period BPG has acquired and absorbed quality printing companies such as Riverstone Print and Bloxham & Chambers as well as our Newcastle facility NCP Printing. The directorship of BPG has always remained in the Bright family. Current directors, Debbie and John, are the grandchildren of William Robert Bright. Our Successes and Milestones Fifty-two years has witnessed many decisions, changes and improvements. Aside from the core aspects of running any profitable business, being in an industry like print means a world of technological change and advance unseen within many other industry timelines. BPG has manoeuvred agilely through these changes from the relatively exorbitant purchase of an $000 Heidleberg KORD 62 in 975, embracing litho print, through to the millions of dollars worth of machinery and advanced prepress technology that occupy its buildings now. All of this has been done though with the overriding pursuit of high quality, world standard print and a burgeoning awareness of the mark we make on our environment.
