3 Show Details Show Hours and Dates: The Sheridan Nurseries Preferred Partner Buying Show 2015 will be held on: Wednesday October 21 st, 2015 between 9:00 am - 4:30 pm at the new UNIVERSAL EVENTSPACE 6250 Highway 7, Vaughan, Ontario L4H 4G3 (Hwy 7 & Hwy 27) Tuesday, October 20 th, from 5:00-7:00 pm. SPP Cocktail Party and Show Floor Preview for the Preferred Partners. We encourage you to be in attendance during this time. Wednesday, October 21 st, at 8:15 am. Supplier Meeting with Karl Stensson-Mandatory for all exhibitors. Installation Date and Hours: Tuesday, October 20 th, 2015 between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. We ask that all booth material be unloaded through the delivery docks. If you require a delivery dock, please complete the Request for Docking Time section on your Exhibitor Booth Request Form. A schedule of docking times will be created based on quantity of product and required set up time. Larger booths will have docking time priority. All trucks delivering vendor materials are required to checkin with our vehicle marshalling staff upon arrival. This is to avoid complications and ensure that the pre-determined schedule is being strictly adhered to. Stronco and Sheridan Nurseries will be providing forklifts, carts and crew members to assist with installation if required. On site contact: Sean Ewing cell: Dismantling and Removal: Wednesday October 21 st, 2015 between 4:30-9:00 pm. Please tear down your ENTIRE booth before proceeding to the delivery docks. All materials must be cleared from the show floor by 9:00 pm. Any remaining will be placed in storage at the exhibitors expense. Sheridan Nurseries will be providing crew members to assist with set-up and tear down. Exhibitor Parking: Free parking. NEW Exhibit Space: Exhibit drapes (silver) and tuxedo carpet (black and grey fleck) are included in your booth cost. Prefab booths are welcome; however, the heights along the sides must NOT exceed 3 feet. You will be receiving your booth assignment along with your invoice in the next correspondence. Payment: Booth Rates: One Booth $1,780 Two Booths $2,490 Three Booths $3,360 Four Booths $4,050 Five Booths $4,680 Six Booths $4,980 NEW The booth cost totals include carpeting and your contribution for participation in the annual SPP Cocktail Party. 4 Show Details Electrical: S4 Sound Sensation The New Universal Eventspace contractor, S4 Sound Sensation, provides exhibitors temporary electrical power and display lighting. The order form is enclosed and must be pre-ordered directly with S4 Sound Sensation. Booth Accessories: The Stronco Group You may book any booth materials you require through The Stronco Group on-line at They have provided an exclusive package for the Sheridan Preferred Partner Show. Enter show code: You may place an order when you have a booth assigned. Storage: Stronco Show Services Storage is available. Storage for irregular items or for items being stored prior to, or after the show must be arranged through Stronco Show Services on-line at Enter show code: Communications: Sheridan Representatives will be available during set-up to assist you with any questions and set up inquiries you may have. There are also a number of restaurants nearby. Lunch will be available to the vendors on show day Wednesday, October 21 st. Garbage: Exhibitors are responsible for their own garbage. Failure to remove garbage at the end of the show WILL result in a charge to the exhibitor. Smoking is not permitted. Hotel Reservations: All Sheridan Preferred Suppliers are responsible for their hotel reservations. You may contact the Holiday Inn Express and Suites, Vaughan - Southwest, 6100 Highway 7, Vaughan, Please contact the hotel directly to arrange your reservation. Sheridan Nurseries has negotiated a special show rate available until September 18 th, $129 per night plus taxes. Please be sure to identify yourself as members of the Sheridan Nurseries group to receive the special group rate. 5 Sheridan Preferred Partner Buying Show 2015 To recognize the time and effort our Partner vendors commit to executing an exceptional exhibit at the annual Sheridan Preferred Partner Show, we are sponsoring the Sheridan Preferred Supplier Booth Award. Sheridan Preferred Partner Best Booth Award All Sheridan Preferred Suppliers are eligible and the criteria used to determine the winners of the Best Booth Award are: Booth Design and Overall Presentation, including signage, staff identification, promotional products and handouts. Product Presentation and Focus, display/merchandising techniques, visual aids. Judging will take place the morning of the show. Winners of the Best Booth will receive one free booth space in the following year s Sheridan Preferred Partner show. Congratulations to 2014 Best Booth winner - Direct Export Adherence to the move-in requirements and respect of timelines for completion.
