It s no surprise that a lot of companies let us do all the work, whether using standard modules or building a new stand from scratch. We have everything that s needed in stock. Our fitters build, assemble, organise the technology and connect the stand up to the power system, while our graphics department produces images and signs. 5 STAND DESIGN TAILORING TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS When it comes to designing your stand, the possibilities are endless. We can provide professional advice on how to use colour, shape, furnishings and lighting to make your stand as attractive as possible. We analyse the aim of your participation at the fair and how you want to profile your company. For example, do you want to focus on the products or is the idea to promote a brand? The possibilities are endless. 2. Based on your requirements we produce a stand proposal with a coloured sketch, using a modern 3D program. You will then be sent a complete quotation with views, specification and a price estimate. 3. Any adjustments are made and new sketches are sent. We re very pleased with their creativity, reliability and prices, explains Dan Nyman, market co-ordinator for the Association. The Association of Swedish Engineering Industries exhibits at Elmia Subcontractor every year. It also regularly takes part in Elmia Working Environment and Elmia Days For Industry. On each occasion the Association asks Elmia Exhibitor Service to design a unique stand, build it, arrange text and decoration and ensure that all the practical elements such as power and lighting work. In the past we ve used external fair consultants, but I see no need to do that today. It s very convenient to have the supplier in house, especially if something breaks down. Elmia s staff are on site and can help out straight away, says Dan Nyman. If proximity is one strong argument for Elmia Exhibitor Support, creativity is certainly another. Our brand and image depend on continuity. Elmia s fair department understands our needs and can ensure consistency, while still bringing renewal, says Dan Nyman. In practice this means a great deal of material can be re-used, but altered. Steel pipes that were hanging one year were laid down for the following fair, creating a completely different effect. 12 WOOD STAND SYSTEM Our Wood stand system is made up of particle boards measuring w1000 x h2500 x 22 mm, in a white standard version. We erect partitions between stands unless you specifically request otherwise. Please inform us of this in the Order and Price List. The wall modules are also available painted in a range of standard colours, or to a shade of your choice. We can enhance the appearance of your stand by taping and painting the joins between wall sections. Please order through Stand Service. You can even fix small items to the walls using nails or screws. Any necessary restoration costs for damage, such as bracket removal, leftover tape, drill and screw holes and similar will be charged according to the price list.
