1 A few notes about PDF patterns from Designs by Jude.... This PDF pattern requires legal size paper (8.5 x 14 ) or A4 size paper (8.27 x 11.69, 210mm x 297mm). It will not print on standard letter. Patterns containing larger pieces will need to be taped together before cutting out the fabric. Be advised that this document needs to be printed to it s original scale. 3 Designs by Jude Pretty Dresses For Ellowyne Fabric & Notions: cotton, light weight blends, snaps and trim. Short Sleeve Dress with Bib Sew darts in both back sections. Sew front side sections to center front. Press seam open. Pin lace to the bib edge with right sides together. Sew in place. Turn lace out and press, topstitch edge. Pin bib to the dress front and baste at the neck opening. Sew back sections to the dress front at the shoulder seams. Hem lower edge of sleeve. Attach elastic at one end of the sleeve edge, stitch a few stitches then pull elastic while sewing to sleeve. A small Zigzag stitch works best. Sew a gather stitch between dots on the upper sleeve. Fit sleeve to armhole opening. Pin in place and sew. Sew the front section to the back sections at the side seams. Sew the lining back sections to the lining front section. Press seams open. Pin the lining to the dress neck opening. Sew in place. Turn lining to the inside of the dress, press and topstitch. Sew dress skirt back sections to dress skirt front section at the side seams. Hem lower edge of dress skirt. Add lace if desired. Run a gather stitch along the top edge of the dress skirt. With right sides together and matching side seams, pin the dress skirt to the bodice, Sew in place. Serge or zigzag both back openings. Sew center back seam from the hem to the dot. Fold the left back opening under ¼. Hand finish with snaps. Thigh Highs Turn upper edge down at the fold line. With right sides together, fold thigh high in half and sew around the edge. Backstitch at the leg opening and toe to reinforce. Clip seam. Turn right side out. Long Sleeve Dress Sew darts in both back sections. Sew front side sections to center front. (For the lace up front, sandwich a flat lace with holes in between the two layer before sewing) Sew back sections to the dress front at the shoulder seams. Hem lower edge of the lower sleeve. Run a gather stitch along the lower edge of the upper sleeve. Fit to lower sleeve and sew in place. Sew a gather stitch between dots on the upper sleeve. Fit sleeve to armhole opening. Pin in place and sew. Sew the front section to the back sections at the side seams. Sew the lining back sections to the lining front section. Press seams open. Pin the lining to the dress neck opening. Sew in place. Turn lining to the inside of the dress, press and topstitch. Sew dress skirt back sections to dress skirt front section at the side seams. Hem lower edge of dress skirt. Add lace if desired. Run a gather stitch along the top edge of the dress skirt. With right sides together and matching side seams, pin the dress skirt to the bodice, Sew in place. Serge or zigzag both back openings.

4 Apron Sew center back seam from the hem to the dot. For the lace up front, weave satin ribbon in the lace holes up the front of the bodice. Fold the left back opening under ¼. Hand finish with snaps. Sew lace to the right side edge of the apron. Turn lace out, press and top stitch. Fold apron tie in half with right sides together. Sew along edge, leaving an opening between the dots. Turn apron tie, press. Gather upper edge of apron. Pin apron tie to the top of the apron, matching the center and topstitch in place.
