3 Workshop Referees are inter alia: Economics Jürgen H. Lottmann, 67 years, was general manager of the German Advisory Council on the Environment (SRU). He was then head of the department for emission control and general environmental matters at the Environment Ministry in the federal state of Hessen. In 1988 he transferred to the German KfW Development Bank. As the head of the Central Environmental Unit, his tasks included monitoring projects abroad for environmental acceptability. For many years he also chaired the Scientific Technical Committee at the Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe and, on a voluntary basis, was a member of the jury for the Blue Angel environmental label. Mr Lottmann has entered retirement and since July 2008 has been working as a freelance expert for MVW Lechtenberg and responsible for project financing and funding. Waste evaluation Dr. rer. nat. Gilberto Caetano, 46, chemist, was responsible for the business development in south Europe in one of the biggest private owned waste treatment companies (Lobbe). In the last years he was director of hazardous waste treatment plants at Portugal. At MVW Lechtenberg he is responsible for the waste evaluation and analyses. Quality Management Dipl. Ing. Thomas Koch, 43 years, technical engineer, was working as project engineer for a subsidiary of the green dot System, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Kunststoffrecycling in Germany, responsible for the auditing of plastic sorting and recycling plants in Europe. Mr. Koch is responsible at MVW for the quality management and reporting as well as auditing of RDF Plants. Kiln Impact Dr. rer. nat. Hansjörg Diller, 46, Chemist, is responsible for Raw Material Calculation (Kiln feed) and influence of alternative fuels on clinker production. Dr. Diller was the Head of Quality Management and Laboratory of Cemex Cement Group in Germany. In the last years he was also responsible for purchase of raw material at Cemex Germany. At MVW Lechtenberg, Dr. Diller is the Head of the Cement Department. RDF Production / Dosing Feeding Technology Dipl. Ing. Thomas Staudt, 44, mechanical engineer, specialist in plastics recycling and waste management, was working for ten years at a subsidiary of the green dot System, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Kunststoffrecycling in the technical auditing of plastic sorting and recycling plants. Later on, his was working for many years as Plant Manager in one of the most advanced German RDF production plants. At MVW Lechtenberg he is the responsible Technical Project Manager for RDF-production and technology. Permitting and Lobbying Dirk Lechtenberg, 43, is one of the pioneers in the field of the production and use of alternative fuels. He developed several RDF projects all over the world. Before founding MVW Lechtenberg in 2004, he was managing director of a RDF processing plant belonging to one of the biggest private owned Dutch logistic companies, Emons Group. As Speaker of the Naturschutzbund Youth in Germany, Member of the City Council, Regional Parliament and various other institutions, he developed a wide experience in lobbying environmental projects worldwide.

In case of being prevented alternative participants of the same institution are accepted without extra costs.
