Ashok Ajmera, a doyen of nancial services is the Chairman & Managing Director of Ajcon Global Services Ltd, which is amongst the rst few Financial Advisory & Capital Markets Company listed on BSE. With over 35 years of experience, Mr. Ajmera has emerged as a reputed advisor. At Ajcon Global, he spearheads the operations of the Company and has developed a rare expertise in the entire gamut of nancial services. The Company under his leadership has executed marquee transactions and assisted over 300 SSI, SME, Mid Corporate and Large Corporate clients for their nancing needs, structuring, restructuring, M&A, IPO Advisory and Capital Market Advisory. With keen business acumen and the zeal to promote entrepreneurship skills and niche business ideas, he has made angel investments in start-up companies. Mr Ajmera s other association involve him on the Board of BSE Brokers Forum (BBF) and considering his vast experience & knowledge, the BSE has appointed him as the committee member of the SME Working Group. He has led successfully the BBF delegation to Japan, South Korea and Hongkong. He has also served as the Independent Director on the Board of Director of Canara Bank Securities Ltd (100 % Subsidiary of Canara Bank). In the past he has held the position of Committee Member of COSI (A hi - power committee of National Stock Exchange of India) and Chairman of various Sub -Committees formed by NSE from time to time. He was elected as the Director of Association of NSE Members (ANMI) and designated as the Chairman of various Committees of ANMI. He then went on to become ViceChairman of ANMI-WIRC. He has also served as the Special Executive Magistrate appointed by Govt of Maharashtra for tenure of 6 years. He has been serving on various Committees of ICAI - WIRC from time to time. He also authored an ICAI - CPE publication on Financial Planning. Mr. Ajmera has contributed several articles and interviews in leading newspapers & magazines. Leading media channels interview him on regular basis as a Capital Market Expert / Stock Analyst. He has more than 2500 appearances on these channels to his credit. He has also presented well researched papers in Universities, Management Institutes, National & International Seminars on subjects related to Indian Economy, Capital Markets and Project Finance. On the social front, Mr. Ajmera is an active Rotarian as a Board Member of Rotary Club of Bombay North. Mr. Ajmera s name appears amongst a very few Indians who have the fellowship of all the large three International NGOs viz. Henry Gissinbier Fellow (JCI), Melvin Jones Fellow (Lions International) and Paul Harris Fellow (Rotary International). He is also a Senator of JCI and an International Trainer having conducted more than 300 training seminars and workshops on Individual Development. Mr. Ajmera has been conferred with many Awards including the prestigious Award of most acclaimed nancial Consultant and Management Man of the year Award at the hands of the then Governor of Maharashtra for 3 consecutive years, Most outstanding Financial Consultants Award by Consultant's Review magazine, International Consultants Award by IEC, Accomplished Achiever Award in the eld of Professional Leadership by Junior Chamber International.
