5 Speakers Speakers Chairman Christopher Breetz is currently the Sales D/A/CH at. He holds the financial responsibilities for Sales in D/A/CH with strong emphasis on financial planning and analysis; financial operations and compliance. His background includes more than thirteen years of experience in Finance at where he held a series of increasingly senior finance positions with various global, regional or local market responsibilities. Most recently, he was the finance leader for the EIMEA Baby Care Product Supply where he oversaw all financial aspects of the supply chain including the financial planning. Jeroen Mulder Principal Manager Reporting Liberty Global Ir. Jeroen Mulder (RC) has over 20 years of experience in the IT and Telecommunications industry in Corporate Finance, Business Control and Strategic Planning. He is currently respsonbile for the Planning & Reporting of the Technology Division of Liberty Global. Previously he fulfilled Senior Manager positions at PwC and Accenture with a focus on Planning, Budgeting, Cost Management and Business Intelligence for CFO s and Business Control clients in the private and public sector. Jeroen holds a Master s degree in Technical Business Administration and Chemical Engineering of the University of Twente. He is Chartered Controller (RC) at NIVRA-Nyenrode. Christoph holds an MBA from the Durham University Business School (UK) and a bachelor s degree in Business from the University of Sunderland (UK). Emmanuel Dejonckheere Emmanuel Dejonckheere has been heading the CFO Offi ce at BNPParibas-Fortis since 2014, steering in this function the Plan 2020 of the Finance function and runs now order-to-pay department into its transformation. Before joining BNPP-Fortis in 2003, he worked for approximately 8 years in respectively the audit and the management consulting departments at PwC. At BNPP-Fortis, he has been leading both key transformation programs as well as production departments, mainly in the enterprise performance management environment. He graduated from the University of Leuven (BE) and holds an MBA in bank ing, resides in Belgium close to Antwerp and Ghent, and is a regular guest speaker at CFO conferences Matthias Thurner CTO Prevero Was born in 1970, is married, has 3 kids and lives in Rosenheim/Germany Jan-Pieter Finance He currently heads up finance and is a director for Netherlands Refinery, a subsidiary of containing several assets in Rotterdam including its largest refinery with $10bln+ in revenue and ~2,000 staff. Prior to that Jan-Pieter was finance transition lead on the split of s $30bln JV with Saudi Aramco in the US. In Houston, he also worked for 3 years as Upstream Americas Planning and Reporting manager, where he worked closely with senior leadership on capital allocation and business performance reporting at a time when oil prices went from $120 to 40/bbl and the business went through a major reset. Before that he worked as a senior manager in s mergers&acquisitions team on a wide variety of deals including joint ventures with PetroChina and a range of divestments. Studied International Business Management at the University of Innsbruck/Austria and the Wilfried Laurier University/ Canada, holds academic degree of a Mag.rer.soc.oec. Co-Founder of prevero (B2B software vendor, Corporate Performance Management) Serves as the CTO of prevero since 16 years, responsible for: Product management + R&D Support Finance + IT Experienced leader, visionary & communicator Professional expertise: Product management + R&D management Financial management M&A management (buy side & sell side) He started in s retail fuels business in the Netherlands in several finance and strategy roles before becoming finance manager for s emerging retail fuels business in India, Indonesia and Vietnam. Jan-Pieter studied accounting&finance at Erasmus University in Rotterdam and the London School of Economics. Prior to joining he did an internship with ING Barings equities research in Hong Kong.

6 Speakers Sebastiaan Passtoors CISO & International Development Cranium International Holding Sebastiaan Passtoors is International Delivery and CISO at CRANIUM with almost 20 years of experience in business management and IT. He has a solid trackrecord as information security offi cer (GIAC certified) in multiple international projects, SME for various security & internal controls matters and as a people manager; responsible for career development of security specialists up to CISO level. He comes from leading a 9Billions in House Bank of the Telefonica Group worldwide for the past years until decide to deviate from corporate live and stepping in a scale up company. Graduated for the UPC in Barcelona in Electrical Engineering and finishing its MBA in Oxford in 1996.
