1 About the Authors Allen A. Arntsen is a partner in the Madison office of Foley & Lardner LLP, practicing in the areas of commercial, intellectual property, and real estate litigation. Mr. Arntsen is a former vice chair of the Madison Planning Commission and has chaired and been a member of several city of Madison task forces and commissions concerned with land use issues.
