He has litigated a variety of health care matters, including class actions, provider disputes, complex financial disputes, professional malpractice cases, managed health care liability cases, and ERISA cases. He has extensive experience in litigating employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, wage and hour, and noncompete cases. In addition to his litigation practice, Eric regularly advises clients regarding health care matters, employment matters, and insurance coverage issues. Eric serves as Managing Director of the Portland office of Garvey and as a member of the firm's Executive Committee.
