In addition, she defends employers in single and multi-plaintiff lawsuits involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and failure to accommodate. She works with a wide range of industries, including, but not limited to: Food and beverage manufacturing and distribution Hospitality Entertainment Jennifer co-chairs Littler's Hospitality Industry Group and serves as the office managing shareholder for the Nashville office. Prior to joining Littler, Jennifer was a partner at a full-service firm in Nashville. She also worked as an attorney in California for nearly a decade. 1
