2 We are an independent company and therefore, we offer products from all of the greatest suppliers: Euroglas, Guardian, AGC Glass, Saint- Gobain Glass, Pilkington, Fenzi, Kömmerling, IGK Isolierglasklebstoffe, Rolltech, Technoform, EdgeTech. We provide independent advisory regarding the choice of components to our products. Our offer depends on the construction of a final products, the place of its use, an assumed processing method and the required realization time. Our plants are equipped with 17 production lines, where insulated glass units are made, and 6 tempering furnaces. We produce 20,000 m2 of insulated glass units daily. In the company s warehouses there are nearly 400 stands for Jumbo-size glass. We also possess 32,000 storage racks to transport our glass efficiently. Our suppliers: GLASS UNITS Glazed unit is a hermetically sealed system of glass panes separated from one another, integrated along the perimeter with space bars and sealed with a sealant. Space between glass panes, referred to as cavity, is filled with air or noble gas. Cavities can be used for installation of decorative dividers. Characteristics of glazed unit can be freely modified by using suitable types of components and coats as well as suitable number and width of cavities between glass panes. It is a product which is less processed than double glazed glass. PRESS GLASS offers single glazed glass that is cut to the required dimensions on the base monolithic glass of the following types: float glass, tinted glass, reflective and hard-coated, while also chemically treated and laminated glazing units.
