You Want To Build A SUPER List Why is a SUPER list the best kind? Simply because everyone on your mailing list is a CUSTOMER who has pulled out their credit card or used Paypal to join your mailing list. What s A Super List Worth? On average every subscriber to your Super List would be worth around $10 per month profit to you (so long as you follow what I teach below!)

9 So 100 people on your super list = $1,000 profit per month 200 people on your super list = $2,000 profit per month 500 people on your super list = $5,000 profit per month Now I want to put this into perspective. I added around 25,000 people onto my Super List last year. :) And our goal for 2015 is 50,000 people to join my Super List. As of right now today 28 th January 2015 This is the best business model EVER! Create something once and sell thousands of copies to a worldwide audience. You can automate the whole process. And you can have other people drive all the traffic for you (for FREE!!!!!) Whilst you sit back and count the cash. If you re at home or on by the pool on vacation - it really doesn t matter. But I m getting ahead of myself.so let s get into these Six Stages. Starting with... estage 1 - Picking The Nichee The biggest mistake I see people do is skipping this step, and going right ahead and creating an information product that nobody wants. Don t make that mistake!

10 Instead, the first step is to identify a profitable niche. I personally like to make sure my clients do an exercise called Market Intel By doing this one exercise you instantly get laser focused on the most profitable niches online. What Niches Does The Super List Method Work In? Any niche. I have clients in literally ANY niche you can think of. From Salsa, Dog Training, Martial Arts, Diet Plans, Weight Loss Plans, Diabetes Control, Make Money Online, SEO Advice, Guitar Lessons, Piano Lessons, PUA s Text Any Women Into Bed, Personal Trainers, Boxers, Gamers, and the list literally goes on and on and on So once we identify a profitable niche by doing Market Inetl we then move onto Stage Two in the process. estage 2 - Product Creatione This is the most exciting part of the process (as you can create something once and sell thousands of copies) There are three different types of information products you can create FAST. 1. A written ebook 2. An Audio Course 3. A Video Program Plus, there are lot of different approaches you could take, even if you ve never done it before. The Non Expert Method

11 I have TONS of coaching clients who are not experts at any chosen field. However, they have become successful by doing some Market Intel to find a hungry market place, then they created an information product by interviewing an expert in that chosen field. I ve witnessed people go from flat broke to $2k in a day with this method more times than there are spelling mistakes throughout this report! so that s a lot! :) If you don t want to interview an expert you could just... Partner With An Expert I see this a lot amongst my coaching clients. They find an expert who is not doing the Six Stages like I m laying out here, (basically they find someone who s not really crushing it) then propose a partnership with that expert. They simply do the marketing for the expert and split profits 50/50. (And when you think how you can automate almost every part that s a great deal!) The Expert Method 1. Write short report Like I am here, or 2. Record an audio Like I have here: 3. Or screen capture a video Like the one I recorded here. The main thing to understand is this You don t have to change the world with your information.

You just have to educate the person who is less educated than you are on the given topic. That s what makes you an expert. You don t have to know everything.

I can now create a product in 60 minutes flat! estage 3 - Sales Lettere Simply put, a good sales letter is like a 24 hour cash pumping sales machine! So you see what I m talking about, here s one of my sales letters. Even works on Christmas day while having dinner on the beach! Now you may be thinking. I can t write like this! And I get it! My first sales letter I paid someone $10,000 to write. I put $5,000 on a maxed out credit card. And the other $5,000 as a retainer due the day my sales letter went live. Luckily, it paid off BIG TIME.

I know how hard it is to cough up that much money for a few words.
