1 Eduphoria Guide To Create a Test 1. Begin by logging into Eduphoria. If you do not have the link bookmarked, you can go to and click on the login link for Eduphoria on the top menu bar. 2. You should now see this on the page in front of you. Login with you SAPI information.

2 3. Once you login you should see the following. Click on aware. 4. You should see a page that looks like the one below. It will have your classes listed. 5. To create a new test click on the tests tab on the left side. It is circled above.

3 6. You should now have a page that looks like the one below. Look down at the bottom and you will see Test Options and under that it says Create a new test. Click on create a new test. 7. You should see the page below. Click on the circle next to create a new blank test. Now click on the next button at the bottom right hand corner.

4 8. You should see the page below. Create a title for your test and then click on the drop down box to find your grade level. Then click on the next button at the bottom right hand corner. 9. Now you need to select the middle school folder. 10. Select the course that you teach from the selections shown and then click on the correct grade level. Click on the next button at the bottom right hand corner.

5 11. It will now tell you that you are done and that you have created a new test. Click on the finish button at the bottom right hand corner. 12. Now it is time to add questions to your test. You should see the page below. You should see the name of your test where it says Test Name, the subject you teach under Subject Area, and the grade you teach under Grade Level. To add questions to your test click on the Questions Tab. You can see it is circled below.

6 13. You should see the page below. You can click on the Search Item Bank link to find questions that are pre-written. These questions come from ETS, TEKS Resource System, and WebCat. 14. When you click on the search item bank you will have a new window open with a drop down box that contains the TEKS for your grade level. You can use the drop down boxes to the right to refine your question search. 15. Click on one of the objectives that you want to find questions on and then click Search Item Bank. You will see a list of questions appear, as seen below. To view a question click on the blue arrow on the right hand side. To add a question, click on the plus sign in the green circle.

7 16. Here is an example of what you will see when you view a question. It shows you the correct answer and you will see a check mark in the green circle, when you have added the question. To close the question, click on the blue arrow again. 17. Continue this process until you are finished adding questions. Once you are done, click on the Xclose link at the bottom of that window. You should now see your test with the questions you added. 18. If you want to edit a question, simple place your cursor on that question and you should see two blue arrows, which allow you to move questions up or down, and a green pencil, which allows you to edit the question and answer choices.

8 19. If you edit the question, you should see it appear in a new window. You can move the answer choices, you can get rid of answers, change the question, remove the question, etc. If you change your mind, click the Cancel button or if you are done making changes, click Finish. 20. You can also create your own questions. Click on the Add Question link. 21. Scroll down under the questions you created to find What type of question would you like to create?

9 22. Click on the drop down box to pick the type of question you would like to create. A new window will appear for you to type in your question and answer or answers. If you are doing a selected response, be sure to click on the circle next to the correct answer choice. Click finished when you are done. 23. When you are done with your test, click on the Save Button. This will save it to Eduphoria. You can come back to the test anytime and edit it. 24. If you are ready to print, click on the print button. You will see three choices: Print test booklet, print third-party booklet, and print test key. If you click print test booklet, this will allow the test to open in Adobe and you can save it to your computer or your flash drive and then print it. 25. Once you are done, you can logoff.
