2 What if you could create an unlimited money supply for you and your family in as little as 2 to 3 years time? Would you be interested in knowing how? Would you be willing to learn? If the answer is yes, then read on. I have broken down for you what I believe to be a very sound business model that anyone wanting to build a very lucrative business can achieve. This is a factual model that has already been used to create explosive growth and success for the people who have utilized these principles. Please pay attention to the last item on page 14. None of the strategies here require you to buy leads, spend tons of money or quit your job to have success. Every principle and strategy comes from having years of Network Marketing experience in dealing with the psychology of people and in learning the proper implementation of structuring pay plans. If you are like most people, you have been taught the 3 who get 3 principle that rarely works and if it does, it usually only goes down about 3 or 4 duplications and then stops. That is a flawed strategy. I will show you how and give you a business model that creates real, lasting growth. Not to mention the excitement and momentum that your business needs. A few upline leaders may not share this information with you. Why? Because, while all of the people in your upline are happy for your business, they are not necessarily happy about your promotion. I will go into further detail on this shortly. My belief is that the more people you can help achieve success the greater your personal success will be. My hope for you is that with a little knowledge and proper focused effort, you too will experience the freedom that our family enjoys thanks to these principles and strategies. If you are ready to take control of your business, this information is for you. Enjoy! I want to take a minute to help you understand the significant amount of money that is well within the grasp of anyone who is willing to put forth the effort. You may have either had prior experience with, or have been involved with networking, but whatever your experience, good or bad, please have an open mind with this information. HW THE FAST START WRKS When you enroll a new person and they purchase their initial order, you make a 30% commission on that order. Your check is cut on the following week. Another advantage of being on a 2 case Auto rder (ADP) is that when any of YUR personally sponsored people enroll anyone, you will receive a 15% fast start commission on those people. If you are not on 2 case ADP, the 15% goes upline to the next qualified. 3

You will receive a certain percentage of commission based on the promoted level that you reach. Here is an example of what can happen if everyone gets 3 people. This is for income projection purposes only. (I will explain how to obtain these numbers later.) But there is a solution and a system, so keep reading. XANG S GLBAL PL The Global Bonus Pool is 3% of worldwide sales per quarter. ur company is doing more than 100 Million a quarter, and has the highest percentage of annual growth in the world. That's $3,380,000 set aside every quarter to be split among the people who are Premiers! Right now I estimate that there are more than 270 Premiers. worldwide. That's a HUGE amount of money to be divvied up! Never have so few received so much! And that's PER QUARTER! Picture how big the pool will be in two years when we are doing over a BILLIN Dollars in annual sales! That would be sales of around $250,000,000 per quarter. 3% of that would be almost $7,500,000 PER QUARTER split among Premiers! There are experienced networkers entering our company right now who in less than a year will be in the Global pool bonus money. 4

All of the Global Pool Money has NTHING to do with the commissions that you earn MNTHLY on the residual side. You may be thinking that sounds good and all but how are you going to get in on it?

So let s cover what it takes to get promoted and what those promotions entitle you to. Then we will cover the systems and strategies for getting it accomplished.

The way you get in on it is to get PRMTED FAST! It's not as hard as you might think... You get promoted one step at a time. So let s cover what it takes to get promoted and what those promotions entitle you to. Then we will cover the systems and strategies for getting it accomplished. Below is another graph showing you actual incomes at each level of achievement after XanGo s first full year of operation. bviously, 2005 results are considerably higher. As you can see from the charts below, it is very lucrative to get your promotion as quickly as possible. The first chart shows earnings on a monthly basis from residual income. The second shows the Global Pool quarterly bonuses. THE ABVE CHARTS REPRESENT INCMES IN THRUGH

6 HW D I GET PRMTED? The first step is becoming a 1K. 1K s are the building blocks of every promotion. Becoming a 1K is having 3 personally sponsored reps who are on Auto order and having a total group volume of at least 1,000, (10 cases purchased monthly anywhere in your organization including yours). Next is 5K. To become a 5K you must help your 3 become 1K s by getting 3 each and have a total of 5,000 in volume. (50 cases purchased monthly anywhere in your organization including yours). Next is 20K. To become a 20K you must have personally sponsored 3 5K s and have a total group volume of 20,000. (200 cases purchased monthly anywhere in your organization including yours). Next is Premier. To become a Premier you must have developed two 20K s and one 5K and have a total group volume of 50,000. (500 cases purchased monthly anywhere in your organization including yours). NW LET S TALK STRUCTURE. Typically, if you were familiar with the pyramid shaped sponsoring that most people are taught, your group would look something like this: (you sponsored Rep ) Sample A YU Rep 1 Rep 2 Rep 3 1A 1B 1C 2A 2B 2C 3A 3B 3C In this example, you are going wide in PLACEMENT with your people. There is really nothing wrong with doing it this way, I just want to show you how you can accomplish the same thing in a fraction of the time. With Xango s compensation plan, we are able to keep personal sponsorship of people, but have the ability to place them wherever we want. I WULD NW LIKE T INTRDUCE A STRATEGY CALLED STACKING REFERRED BY SME LEADERS AS A TAP RT If you wanted, instead of going wide and having all of these people competing against each other, you could stack all of these people under each other. So, instead of them all competing against each other, they would all be on the same team. 6

Rep 2 Rep 3 1A 2A 1B 3A 3B 1C 2B2C 3C If you look at the previous example of 3 who get 3, and compare it to this one, you have done the same thing. You have sponsored 3 and helped them get their 3, but in this scenario, you have all of your people working together splitting the same volume. This allows them the ability to increase their volume much faster than the first scenario. Also, by stacking people, you create momentum and excitement for your team thereby getting promoted faster. Think for a minute about what it takes to become a Premier. You need two personals, who have become 20K s and one personal who has become a 5K. When you can stack people, they can all use the same volume to get their promotions. You decide which is quicker. having to get 3 separate legs to a total of 45,000 in volume (remember you need 20,000 in volume through 2 personals and 5,000 through another) or having your 3 personals stacked in the same leg all splitting the same volume? 7

8 If you are familiar with typical networking pay plans, this may look and sound contrary to everything you know. Xango has a 9 level plan, so how can you get paid deeper than 9 levels if you are Stacking? Typically you read a pay plan from the top down. The way Xango s plan reads is from the bottom up. You get paid based on your PRMTIN level, not necessarily on the structure or how they are stacked. So even if you have people in 1 "leg" that are 13 people deep or more, the computer will start at the bottom and look up to see who is qualified to receive that level of commissions. This allows you to actually get paid infinite levels deep depending on your promotion level. The term you will hear on this type of compensation is called "Streamline Unilevel compression. Being paid based on your promotion rather than your structure allows you much more freedom when building your business. If you are a 1K and there are no other 1Ks underneath you in that leg, you pick up all commissions at 5% DWN T INFINITY. If you are a 5K and there are no other 5Ks underneath you in that leg, you pick up all commissions at 5% DWN T INFINITY. If you are a 20K and there are no other 20Ks underneath you in that leg, you pick up all commissions at 5% DWN T INFINITY. If there is one 20K underneath you in that leg, you still pick up all commissions at 5% DWN T INFINITY. nce there are two 20Ks in that leg you are blocked from the "DWN T INFINITY" part and pick up your 7 levels. (With two 20Ks below you, you're making big bucks!) If you are a Premier and there is no Premier underneath you in that leg, you pick up all commissions at 5% DWN T INFINITY. If there is one Premier underneath you in that leg, you still pick up all commissions at 2% DWN T INFINITY. 8

10 STRUCTURE If you are at all familiar with Network Marketing pay plans you have seen the 3 who get 3 who get 3 scenario drawn out showing the structure developing into a pyramid shape where you have larger numbers on deeper levels. With Stacking, your structure will look different. Think of it this way... if 3 get 3 you have 9 on your second level. If those 9 get 3 each you would have 27. n your third level if those 27 got 3 each you would have 81 on your fourth level and so on. Now instead of picturing 81 people wide on your fourth level, like this:, Picture those same people STACKED UP, one on top of the other like this: 10

11 If you are the only person in this leg who is qualified to get paid on the fourth level, the computer will pay you just as if all these people are horizontally on your fourth level. Now remember, if all of the people in that leg are at least on Auto rder of just one case of juice per month, they are all getting some type of check! And if they do some work and get promoted, they will pick up the money that is just sitting there for whoever wants it. BUILDING THE PWER LEG So how are you going to build a group quickly to maximize this pay plan and make lots of money doing it? It all comes down to people. Without people, numbers don t work. Now that you have seen what can happen if you stack, let s go into detail as to how you are going to get people in who want to stack with you. As mentioned above, most people who are familiar with Network Marketing pay plans are familiar with the pyramid shape. However almost all have never achieved success because people fail to duplicate properly thus the pyramid collapses. Usually this is a result of people who are not really business builders either trying to be coerced into building or people who want to be builders but have no experience getting frustrated and quitting. So how can we fix these common problems creating more success for more people? STACKING What s more powerful, having 3 people frontline or wide to you, or having sponsored the same 3 but having them stacked under each other working on the same team? bviously the stacked group is stronger. TEACHING THE IMPRTANCE F STACKING The fear of loss is a much more powerful motivator than the desire for gain This is a human nature principle that is priceless if you know how to use it in your favor. Picture this. You sign a person up who understands that if they get 3 who get 3 they can make some money down the road. If this person is not your A-Game worker with vision, you may have to do a lot of babysitting to get this person to move forward. 11

12 NW HERE S ANTHER STRATEGY. 1) Teach this person the strategy and show them that together you and they are going to build a leg very deep to get them qualified. 2) Let them know that the quicker they get people in the faster they will have qualified people. 3) Have them let their new people know that they need to get in quick because you never know who is going to be placed under you. TIPS: * Help people understand that first and foremost the PRDUCT works, then share with them the team strategy. * Let them know that it is like an investment even if they don t do anything right away, there is a good chance that a team will begin to grow under them. * Never promise to place people under them, but always share the possibility. By utilizing Stacking, you have two VERY important factors working in your favor. 1) The fear of loss. 2) You force people to make a decision You will be surprised how quickly most of the people in this scenario become instant builders when they are losing money. THE IMPRTANCE F MMENTUM In order to make big money in network marketing is momentum. Momentum doesn t just happen; it s created. Typically, you are the only one that is going to create it. Stacking helps you get your team excited quickly and efficiently. Here is a story of someone in my group that I think you should hear. We will call him Joe: Joe was very hesitant to jump in and commit to buying even one case of product. I let him know of the strategy that we had come up with and that they should be using Xango anyway. I told Joe that this building strategy could possibly help him get his product for free. Within two months Joe had a group that was producing over $12,0000 per month in volume. He was getting a small check, but I explained that if he were qualified, he would be getting a check for much larger. Guess what happened? After he began to look at how much he was losing, he began to get busy. Joe began teaching the strategy and immediately 12

13 he was having success getting people in. We continued to stack people deeper and deeper. Within one month s time, he became a 5K and the following month went to 20K. He will now receive a check for over $1,000 per month. By stacking his people, who have also stacked people, many people have groups that have volume in the thousands in a very short period of time. The amazing thing that Joe pointed out to me was the fact that without this Stacking going on in his group, he would only have 35 people altogether (b/c he sponsored 4 who had 4 ). Instead he now has 160! Wow. I began building in the same fashion as everyone else typically does; sponsor and go wide, only to see many of those people get frustrated and fail. The month that I truly understood the pay-plan and how I could stack people my group increased by a whopping 87%! Since the time I implemented this strategy, my group has doubled in size and volume every days. You must keep one thing in mind. If you stop building when you have one leg only, eventually the people in that leg higher up are going to get promoted and your pay could drop as we explained earlier. To offset this, what you must do is start a new leg at least when you become Premier if not earlier. ne of the main reasons to do this is that as a Premier you are paid Global pool money based on your first 3 levels of volume. If you have only built one leg straight down your global pool bonus will be very small until you have a little more width in your closer levels. So that s the catch 22. But the benefit is this, you now have a successful business model to show prospects, you are probably getting a great monthly check and once you have built one leg you have learned enough to build multiple legs faster because your experience and knowledge are much higher, not to mention your confidence. I appreciate you taking the time to evaluate this information and I hope that it at least has you thinking. I remember what it was like when I started in networking...wondering why so many leaders where making so much more money than me and putting in half the effort. I always wondered if there was some secret or strategy that these people used that I didn t know about. I usually found out the secret when it was too late. I feel as though it is not fair to know what it takes to get your dreams met quickly and not share it for fear of having too many people in the circle of success. Here is my projection. If you use this strategy to build yourself to Premier and have a plan that can take you ultimately to the coveted Premier position, you will begin to understand that you can now take control of this growth. 13

14 THE THING T CNSIDER IS THIS: How fast do you want your group to grow, and how much money is enough for you? Editor s note: Mike Healy s suggested building structure sacrifices short term gain for long term stability. Your 50K Premier Global Bonus may be smaller, but more of your downline will receive good checks: For example: ne of my $100,000 power legs contains 8 personally sponsored ADPs. The leg also has ninety-three 1Ks, thirty-two 5Ks, and two 20Ks. I receive all of the stream-lined compression from that leg since the downline has no Premier to block the compression.
