1 TEN STEPS FOR SUCCESS A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE FOR DISTRIBUTORS
2 STEP ONE WRITE DOWN YOUR GOALS AND DREAMS Studies have shown that individuals that have written goals are more likely to actually reach them. Write down your dreams and goals below and include details. My dream day would go like this. 3 STEP TWO I JUST ENROLLED, NOW WHAT? The first helpful thing you can do its make a list of potential customers and team members as well as their phone numbers. Your goal should be to contact one person a day to tell them about the opportunity and savings. You want your strongest four people on your first level so contacting them first is a good strategy. 4 STEP THREE BE IN THE KNOW! You have to know what s going on to be successful! Be sure to follow us on our social media outlets and share with your team to make sure that you are up to date on information that will help your business grow! Study all aspects of the business so that when someone asks you a question you can answer it or point them to the correct place or video. Your confidence and knowledge of the business will go a long way! 5 STEP FOUR COMMIT TO 90 DAYS The only one holding you back is you. The number one reason that someone is unsuccessful in network marketing is that they do not commit. If you treat Save10 like your own business, hold yourself accountable and put in work, you will see results. Create some goals and strive to reach them. When you reach those goals, set others and watch yourself grow. 6 STEP FIVE USE YOUR APP! One of the easiest ways to enroll someone else is to use your app when you are with them. The value is so tremendous that you can easily save money when out to lunch with a co-worker, shopping with a friend, or having dinner with your family. Not only is it a good tool for you to enroll others but you will save a lot of money! The money you can save will pay for your app, membership fees and put your hard earned money back in your pocket. 7 STEP SIX NEVER STOP PROSPECTING The main difference between someone who succeeds and someone who fails is there level of work. Those who fail treat this like a hobby, those who succeed treat it like a business. Spend all of your time prospecting, following up, enrolling, training and supporting your team and never stop. Top income earners work their business everyday. You will get out of it what you put in! START MAKING FRIENDS You can only be successful if you help others become successful. Start connecting with people by joining local groups or attending events. You can also connect with people on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter or other social media sites. Establish a relationship before you start talking about the Save10 opportunity. Blanketing Facebook with a ton of posts about Save10 will only turn someone off. Establish a relationship to gain their trust first and then share the opportunity second. SERVANT LEADERSHIP IS KEY Forget about your wants and needs and start focusing on how to help others become successful. You lead by serving your organization. The more people you are serving, the larger your group will grow and the more successful you will be. HOW CAN I SERVE MY ORGANIZATION? n Communicate with them and ask what their successes have been and also what their frustrations are. When they tell you, then you can provide them with encouragement and suggestions for their frustrations. n When they have a new prospect, go to the meeting they have set up with the prospect and offer support during their presentation. n When someone in your organization enrolls a new member, congratulate them and tell them how good of a job they did. This will encourage them to do it over and over again. n Be involved in their business journey. If you are constantly keeping in touch and helping them succeed they will work. If you fall away, so will they!
8 STEP SEVEN I HAVE MY FIRST FOUR, WHAT S NEXT? You worked hard and now you have your first level full of four other hard workers. The next step is to work with them to help them get their four hard workers and duplicate the process. What exactly does this mean? It means take the following steps: n Make sure they have filled out their goals and dreams sheet. n Hold them accountable. Ask them what their prospecting goal is and ask about it often. Ask how you can be of assistance. n Make sure they stay informed. Since you will always be checking Save10 s streams of communication you will be able to share the information with them to make sure they are informed of important information the company releases. n Enroll someone under them. You will still recieve a dollar and it shows them that you are on their team and you care. You can t do all of the work for them, but you can help as much as possible becuase it is mutually beneficial. n Encouragement goes a long way! No one likes to hear what they are doing wrong but a compliment or encouraging word will make them want to work even harder.
9 STEP EIGHT DUPLICATE FOR SUCCESS! One huge myth in this business is people either think that they will have to put thousands of people in themselves or someone else is going to put thousands of people in for them. Neither is true. The key to success is duplication. You get four good people, train, equip and help them enroll four more. This very simple process duplicated is the best way to grow your business. Save10 Distributor Help Them Enroll Equip, and Train four more DUPLICATION PROCESS Study and know the Save10 Product and Program Teach them everything you know, support and Train Them Enroll Someone Share the Opportunity With Others
10 STEP NINE NEVER STOP INVESTING You have now built a sizeable group and are receiving an impressive income each month. Sit back, relax, and watch the money roll in. WRONG! If you are not moving forward, you are moving backwards. Whether you focus time on enrolling more yourself, helping your leaders, training, or calling new distributors in your group, make sure you are doing something to invest in your business. If you don t, it won t last long. Find a mentorwho is more successful than you and learn from them. You must have a mentor to be a mentor. Learn to mentor with a servants heart and the money will come with it. Focusing on the money will just blur your vision of what really builds your business financially, and that is investing in people.
11 STEP TEN STAY ENGAGED LONG ENOUGH TO SUCCEED You will want to quit this business. Everyone does and most people do. Excuses will attack your mind and momentum. It is up to you to decide if you want to join the rest of the quitters and excuse makers or if you want to rise above. Save10 works and is working for people all over the country but many people do not have what it takes to fight off the excuses or have fallen prey to the lies that you just enroll and money starts flowing in. There is no program out there like that or else we would all be in it. People will tell you no and may even be offended when you share the program with them. This is not because of anything you did, but instead is the result of their past failures, or something they have been told by an uninformed person in their past. They don t want to see you be successful because they havent been successful. This is the harsh truth that you will face. Quitting guarantees failure but overcoming challenges, working hard and sticking in there will guarantee the opportunity is still there. You will eventually find the people with the same vision as you. You just have to last long enough to do so. THE SIMPLICITY OF 1 PER MONTH Lets take the conservative number of one and say that everyone just enrolls one new person each month. In just one year you would be making over $8,000 per month. How many of you would quit after month one or two? See below for the incredible result.
