5 My Story Hey there, thanks so much for buying my outsourcing course! I hope you will get a lot of insight on hiring an assistant online. My name is Lyfe and I'm from America. Do you want to know what I do full time? You may think it's working online, or something with business etc. You may think that I stay in a cave and work on my computer without seeing any sunlight for 15 hours a day. Because surely that's what it takes to be successful online right?

6 Well, truth is, that was me. I use to fall asleep every single night on the computer studying, researching, doing every single thing myself just to make money online. That is until; I hired my first online assistant. This MASSIVELY changed my life. How massively? Let's go back to the question...do you want to know what I do full-time? I travel and go surfing. Wait...I don't just take a week or two off a year and travel...i've been travel around the world... For the past 3 years! So yes, and travel all over...and surf for fun also, full time. I only work about 4 hours a week online, and it brings me enough income to do this.

7 All because I outsource...everything. I hear many people say, "the four hour work week is a scam, it will never works its all lies." Myself, I believed it was possible; however I didn't know how they were doing it. Now that I'm actually living that life, I'm here to teach you how to do the exact same thing. Who better to learn from then from someone who went from living in his friends garage with no windows, to travelling the world and doing whatever he wants, anytime, anywhere. Now that is a drastic difference right? Yes, I use to live in my friends basement with no windows, no money, no car, no job, I lost everything. So when I just wrote about living in a cave with no sunlight getting pale...that garage was my cave. It's funny looking back, I can't say that I wish that never happened, because when you reach such a low point in your life, it forces you to make something happen no matter what.

8 And so continued my 15+ hour days on my laptop, trying to make things work, trying to do everything myself, extremely frustrating...and exhausting. Nothing like waking up and knowing all you have money to buy for food is the cheapest white bread you can get and off brand peanut butter...boom...there's you meal for the day. When you're in situations like this...it will either sink you lower or you will get such an explosive drive in you to change, that nothing will stop you. I'm about to take away every single excuse as to why your business is not making money online. I don't care about your excuse, because there are none. Outsourcing profoundly altered my life, follow this book and it can do the same for you.

9 Excuses why you aren't making money with your online business. I don't have enough money to start my business I don't have enough time I don't have the technical skills I don't know where to start I don't have the energy

10 I don't have enough money to start my business This is one of the biggest excuses there is, and it's a bogus one. We are talking about starting a business online right? Not opening a store down the street, building a bowling alley or a restaurant that would take hundreds of thousands of dollars. We are talking about a business online that you can get started for such an insanely low amount, that the barrier to entry should NEVER be about money. If you need extra money to get going online, then get a second job, sell something in your house, cut back on extra expenses like cable TV, going out to eat etc. There's always ways to get money for what we really want. So really, we are just using money as an excuse to justify it in our minds why it's not working for us. I don't have enough time This is the other major factor along with money is time...i would say this is the number one reason why people aren't succeeding with their online business.

11 Example, you're a husband, and have 2 kids. You get up early, 5:30am help get your kids ready for school, get them fed, make sure they have everything etc, and then drive your kids to school. After that you have to drive to work and sit 1-2 hours in traffic. Once work is done for the day at 5pm it's another 1-2 hours back home. You arrive there around 7pm. Next it's time to eat, spend a little time with your kids, helping them with homework etc, before you know it, it is now 9pm. And you are exhausted. Some days your kids have other activities at night like a baseball or soccer game, so you go straight from work to attend those. This goes on every single day...by the time you get an hour or two to get your business going online, you only have enough time to do a little research, or you will spend the only two hours you have trying to figure out how to add a video to your website, and center it.

12 Sounds like you need to outsource your business to me. You know how people always say, "If there were only two of me, I could get a lot more done" Assistant = 2 of you, or 3, 4 of you. I don't have the technical skills This can also tie in with the not enough time excuse. Many things online are very technical and require days, weeks, and even months to master. In the reference above, how the husband only had 1-2 hours a day to get his business going...if he sat there and used up all his time trying to learn how to be a designer and programmer, he wouldn't get far. Time to outsource all of that technical madness that's been slowing you down and holding you back.

13 I don't know where to start There's millions of ways to make millions of dollars online. Most people get confused and overwhelmed as they see offers and new ways to make money online every single day. They will see a great idea for a business on Monday, do it for a couple days, with the few hours they have, don't see any results because it's taking too long, say it doesn't work, then look for something else. The truth is, you can make money in almost ANY area online, it just needs enough time and effort put into it. Sure some are harder than others, but almost all of them work. From online services, SEO, video marketing, Amazon, ebay, article writing, list building ect, they all work. There are people in every one of these areas making a boatload of money. Pick one area, stick to it, and reap the rewards. I don't have the energy With all the things that go on in our life today, if you have a family and kids or not, life can be massively stressful and leave you exhausted and drained both physically and mentally.

14 I know money doesn't fix all of the problems in our lives, but my gosh, once I started to get money, there was an enormous amount of stress lifted off my life. Really, I've barley been stressed for years now. When you have enough money and you don't have to worry about bills, getting gifts for your friends and families for the holidays, you can help people and kids that are in need without enough food etc. When you have your own business and you no longer have to be stressed out about losing your job, dealing with annoying bosses and co-workers. When you don't get stressed anymore because if you need to take a day off to go to the doctor, or to your kids very first piano solo. When you don't have to ask permission just to use the bathroom, or get scolded from your boss because your 4 minutes late from lunch. When you don't have to sit in 4 hours of traffic each day just to go to a job that you hate so much it's sucking your meaning of life

15 When you have your own business, it gives you a massive amount of freedom and an enormous amount of stress will be lifted from your life. When you have your own business, and you have a team doing all the work for you...your life will shine with joy. I know, I went thru every one of the stressful occurrences mentioned above. It's not just about the money, it's about the freedom it gives you. Outsourcing made all of this possible for me. You may be thinking to yourself, my gosh Lyfe! Just get on already and show me how to outsource. I want to help adjust your mindset so this will be something that will change your life as it did mine. I wanted to tell you my story, as maybe you can relate to yourself in what I wrote. I don't want you to go at this half way...hire someone for two hours, and say this doesn't work Lyfe is full of crap, on to the next thing.

16 If you follow everything I show you...once you get yourself an assistant, and keep your drive and passion high, it will be limitless for you. What kind of work will my assistant do? "Ok Lyfe, you've convinced me to hire someone, now what in the word am I going to have them to do 8 hours a day!" This was actually one of my primary reasons that I went so long without getting an assistant. I was thinking to myself that exact same thing you are. I know it seems like you'll have very little to do for them now, but for me, I slowly started giving her more and more tasks to do. Soon enough, she was at 40+ hours a week.

I just wanted to put some areas

20 out there to give you some ideas about what your outsourcee can do for you. As you can see, whatever your business may be in, you can always benefit from the help of an assistant online. What country should I hire from? I will give you three choices 1. The Philippines 2. The Philippines 3. The Philippines If you choose any of the countries listed in 1-3, it would be in your best interest.

21 Why I ONLY Hire from the Philippines now. There is a long list of reasons, I've been hiring people from the Philippines for years now, I've even visited the country for many months so I know the culture and people very well, and I'm not changing where I hire. Why? They speak fluent English Everywhere you go in the Philippines you will see things in English, in stores, in restaurants, it's everywhere. It is their official second language, so it's taught to everyone from when they are young in school and thru college. In fact some Filipinos are so good in English, when they speak, you would think they are from America, even when you first write them in chat, you would think for sure their first language was English and they aren't from Asia. All my assistants actually spell and use better grammar then I do! They are taught proper English and are not use to slang. It's no wonder why massive billion dollar banks like JP Morgan Chase, Outsource their banking calls to the

22 Philippines. Do you really think a professional bank would outsource to the Philippines and risk losing their clients and customers if they weren't extremely fluent in English and have a great accent. In fact, I bet many of the places you call for business outsource to the Philippines, and you don't even know it when you call. Filipinos love the American culture, including movies, sports and music. Some singers from America are actually more popular there then they are in the USA, this makes us have more in common and the bond is easier to form College Educated Every single person I've got as an assistant from the Philippines had a college degree. Most jobs in the Philippines you have to have a college degree or they won't even hire you, such as working at a hotel as a desk clerk. I was shocked at some of the jobs where you had to have a college degree or you can't do it.

23 Friendly When I say friendly, I don't mean friendly like many us are at a regular job, as in we are forced to smile and be friendly or we won't have a job. Filipinos are the friendliest people I have met on the planet. Remember how I said I'm a full time traveller? I've been to many many countries, out of all of them, without a doubt the Philippines are the friendliest people I have met. Even though it's a third world country, even though they may lack basic things like hot water, air conditioning, or even fresh water In their house, so they will have to go to the river just to shower or get drinkable water. Things that me and you would get mad if we didn't have. Think about it, you wake up at 5:39am hating and annoyed you have to go to work, your turn on the shower...bam, no hot water. I bet you are mad and it's ruining your day already. Even in the face of extreme poverty, they smile, and are so happy. They do not pass judgement just because you don't have on nice shoes or drive in a car from No, they are happy just being with family and living life.

24 The more you talk and even visit the Philippines, the more your outlook on the world and life will change. Internet access and computer Everyone I've hired has had their own computer and internet access, I didn't have to pay for either of them. Please take note, the internet in the Philippines is super slow, but they are use to it and have the patience for it, unlike you or me. Also, they have what they call brownouts or power outages often. So if they ever write you and say I could not work for 3 hours today because of a brownout. It's 99% true, it happens a lot. Not so much that will disrupt your business completely, but just know it does happen. Ways to combat this would be make sure they have a laptop, and access to 3G internet, so they can be running still. Whenever this had happened to me, my people always make up the time, even work on the weekends. They LOVE their job Everyone I have hired had loved working with me, in fact, if you as almost any Filipino working anywhere, even fast food, they will tell you they love their job. They are very

25 happy and grateful that they have income to help provide for their families. Where to hire them online So we know what country to hire from, now where do we get them from online? I've hired people from all over online, from craigslist, monster.com, odesk, freelancer, elance, fiverr and more.

26 Problems with one time jobs. So the problem with places with freelancer and fiverr, is that these people are looking for one time jobs. They also will be working with multiple employers at once. So you have to go thru the entire process of hiring sorting and finding someone new to trust, every time you want something done. Don't get me wrong, fiverr, freelancer etc are great, if fact I still use them for random assignments that I may need done such as programming or creating an app, but I know they are just one time deals. We want people who are going to be working for us only, not 10 other people. That's why I've always got my assistants from a place that only has a pool of people looking for part of full time online work and are from the Philippines It's called I got my very first assistant from there, that was years ago and she's still with me today! I ve hired many others from there also.

27 Think of OnlineJobs.ph as similar to Monster.com in America. They are there searching for full time work, they want a real stable job, not just a onetime gig. It's basically a site with I believe over 40,000 people from the Philippines all looking for full or part time online work. They all have resumes and ratings on what areas they are good in and how proficient they are in each. Example, "I know how to use wordpress, and I'm a 7 out of 10 at it." So you can either sort thru people based on experience and monthly pay rate, or post your own job listing there, people will reply, you pick the best one from there. I recommend it to all my friends who are hiring someone online for the first time, best I've found.

28 How we much do I pay? There isn't one set rate for it, as there isn't one set rate for every job salary in your country. It will be based on the skill and type of job you have for them etc. This is what I do. Unless your business is providing services to people as far as complex website design and integration, custom professional design work, software creation etc, I wouldn't recommend going with a programmer or designer. They will cost much more than an average worker, for the most part. You may be able to find a programmer to work for a low wage, or a talented designer, but it's unlikely they will stay as they know their value online.

29 I search for someone that knows a little about design, a little about Wordpress, installing it ect. I don't not need an expert in these areas, as again, it's not my business model. As long as I get someone that has even a little experience in online, and is smart, friendly and wants to work hard, I will go with them anyway. You can get a fluent in English, college educated person that already has experience online starting around $1.80 an hour. Amazing right.

30 Here's my paying process: Start them full or part time, I prefer full as I know they won't be searching for another job. Start them around $2 an hour, let them know this rate of pay will not stay, this is your beginning rate, and you will be paid weekly. As long as I see you are dedicated and doing a good job, this will increase quickly. I always give bonuses as well. You want them to be excited to work with you, they may have an offer from 3 other employers that want to hire them. If the other three are only offering them $2 an hour and no increase or anything, but you come in with $2 an hour that will increase quickly and bonuses, you now have their attention.

31 You are hiring people for $2 an hour that will possible bring in thousands upon thousands of dollars to your business monthly. If they are good you want to keep them. Some of the bonuses I have given: If my business did well for the month, I'll give everyone on my team a bonus, if I know others contributed more, or let's say the manager, I will give them more. I've given my team gifts like tablets and phones. I've sent my team on a vacation to an exotic island where they stayed in a nice hotel and have food and spending money. This may seem odd to you, well it's rare to me also, how often have you worked at a regular job, let's say on a computer in a cubicle, and all the sudden your boss gives you a brand new touch screen tablet, or just because it was a good month, you get a bonus, or random vacation all expenses paid.

32 I know some positions have is such as sales if you hit certain volumes etc, but imagine just a regular 9-5 job like working at the movies or as a clerk at Wal-Mart...doesn't happen right? I believe in rewarding those who bring you on massive income and ROI. The harder they will work, the more your business will grow and be profitable, it works for everyone. You will also have super dedicated assistants. Most of my people tell me I'm the best boss they've ever had and can't believe all I've done for them.

33 You are changing lives The average wage in the Philippines is about 8,000-12,000 pesos per month, or around $ Jobs like teachers, mall workers, security etc earn about $5-6 a day. When you are paying around 14,000 pesos just to start, and that's not even including the bonuses and gifts for good performance, nor the quickly raising pay rate, you will be providing amazing opportunities to them. I have people I've hired that have put their sibling thru school, been able to help their family and do many things. They are helping to change your life, as well as you theirs.

34 You won't believe amount of impact you can make, all because of your online business Won't they steal my business ideas and run This had NEVER happened to me, Filipinos are Not entrepreneurs. Even most people in America just want to have their jobs and not do any extra work on the side to try to make the business happen, nor do they have the money to make it happen. They just want to get their stable income and it's too risky to try it on their own. I've actually even told both my American and Filipino employees, you see that I know how to make money, I can

35 help you create your own business if you want, just let meet know. None of them ever took me up on the offer, they were just happy working for me and getting paid. Most of the things we are worried about, and most things in life, are all in our head. Keep your thoughts and actions focused on positivity and so will your life reflect it. Send gifts Here's a trusted website I've ordered gifts from many times and they arrived no problems to the Philippines.

36 Very low prices on here...shipping is low, remember you don't have to send an expensive gift always, even something small to let them know they are appreciated, when's the last time your boss mailed you an appreciation gift to your house?

37 How to send their Pay I have always used PayPal, it's quick and super easy. Make sure you use something called bulk pay, that way your assistant won't be charged a fee to accept the money. What I did was add all my workers on a spreadsheet, put how much each person is getting paid, then use the bulk payment feature on PayPal, everyone gets paid at once. Makes it easy for you to keep track of. You can also use a site called Xoom to send payments, I have never used it myself. Western union? Nope, Don't do it, it's a hassle, and the fees will be too high for you...everyone I've hired from the Philippines has had PayPal, if they don't have them get it.

38 Pre-pay? Nope, just like your boss in your country doesn't prepay you, they pay weekly, every two weeks or every month. You need them to trust you, as you them. I wouldn't tell them you'll pay them monthly upfront..i only go weekly. Think about people in your own country or a job you had..in the USA, if we started a new job, and weren't going to get paid for a month, it would be hard financially for many people. Also, they are working online, I know people that did work for someone, and they never paid them. That's why you should always, always start off by paying them weekly, after that you can go to every two weeks if you want. I remember working at a regular job in America, when they told me I'll be getting paid every week I was happy about it. I would set their work schedule from Monday-Sunday, then they would get paid by Wednesday.

39 Hiring friends The great part about finally getting your first assistant is, once they show they are good and dependable, you can ask them if they have friends that would like to work. I hired my first assistant, then about a month later I added 1 more then 2, 3,4,5 within a few months I had a team pretty quickly. This is no joke, as soon as I started outsourcing it freed up my time, my business started to grow massively as to where I had to keep hiring people just to keep up. Having their friends come on made the entire process so much easier. They aren't likely to recommend someone bad, as it would make them look bad.

40 All the friends of friends I hired turned out great expect one, great ratio. Time tracking How do I know if they are really working the hours they say they are? I use to use a time tracking system at first, one you can go with is called TimeDoctor. What it does is it will track their activity, productivity, and even take random screenshots that you can go back thru later and make sure they are doing work.

41 It will also let you know if they spent too much time idle or too much time on social media ect. So I used these time trackers in the beginning, but then I started to realize, for my business anyway, if they weren't actually doing their work, it would be noticeable. I simply started asking them to just give me the hours they worked then I would pay them, I would only recommend this though if they are proven to be dependable or your business model is obvious when they are not working. Also for me, I told one of my assistants, I don't care if you work 20 or 40 hours I just need the work done, and I'll pay you for 40. If your business is profitable, you have a reliable person that's running it for you, there no reason why you can't keep paying them for 40 hours every week plus bonuses. Do this so you don't have to do the work.

42 the 4 hour work month Yes I did this for many months, it's amazing what can be done when you give your team control of your business. One of the new businesses I started was doing so well and going so smoothly, that I trained someone to take my position. And left me so free, that I was literally working an hour a week. My job? Approve the time sheet my guy in charge sent out together for everyone's hours, then pay them. Check in a couple times a week to see if everything's ok, then back to travelling. Once you get someone under you, and you know they are smart, dependent and trust worthy, you can then have them hire and start training people for you. I would tell them, we

43 need a couple more people, can you go ask your friends, or friends of friends if they need a job? Most of the time my people would tell me they already have friends waiting for an opening because they heard how good it was to work for me, so finding people was never an issue. So they would hire the people, I told them create a training video or step by step screenshot guide, so we won't have to do the same training over and over. Once it became bigger, I told the one in charge, I want you to stop doing so much of the repetitious tasks that take so much of your time, I want you to give that to the new people we are hiring and spread it amongst them. I want your job to be the one who makes sure everyone is doing what they are suppose to, train the new people, and start taking over some of the things I'm doing. If you can see what I was doing here. I was slowly pulling myself away, so I could have more time to myself, I had no idea I would get to the point where I would be working 4 hour work months.

44 If you have everyone trained right, have systems set up, get someone to take your place, you can see how this is 100% doable. Hiring In the USA vs. the Philippines I have hired both, many Americans and many Filipinos. The winner? Filipinos, though I did have some awesome American employees for sure. Overall though, the Filipinos worked harder for much less pay. The average starting wage to begin someone from the Philippines on is going to be about $2 per hour.

45 In America you re looking at about $10 per hour. American worker 40 hours: $400 week/$1600 month/$19,200 year Filipino Worker 40 hours: $80 week/$320 month/$3840 year We are talking saving over $15,000 a year by going with a hard working, college educated, fluent in English worker that will probably work harder than an American employee. That could be $15,000 in profit for you Or hire 5 full time workers for the price of 1 American. You may say how I can trust them, I can even see them. Again, get some kind of time tracking software, it would be the same for an American team, unless you re going to rent an office and have all kinds of crazy expenses, they will work from home also. Outsourcing to the Philippines is no doubt the way to go.

46 Tips for hiring You may be thinking to yourself, "I have no idea what I'm going to write in my job posting, in fact, I don't even know how I'm going to make money online yet." No worries. If you already have a fully functioning business, you probably already know or have in mind the exact type of person you will need. If you don't, I don't want you to think you can't get an assistant without a stable business plan and model in place, this is certainly not the case.

47 Having an assistant will free you up to be the idea maker, and have them implement ideas you have to see what can be the most profitable for you. Here's a template you can use for your job posting, feel free to modify it for your specific needs. Title: USA employer needs people now, great pay + bonuses We are an expanding online company located in America. We are looking for someone that is very hard working, willing to learn and be a part of our dynamic team. We are one of the best companies you will find on this site to work for, why? We Love our assistants, and they love working for us. We will never hire you,then just leave you at your same starting pay, we believe if you work hard for us.. We will constantly give you hourly pay increases and bonuses.

48 We aren't strict and boring, we are a fun company who wants everyone on our team to do well. We absolutely LOVE hiring Filipinos, we think they are the friendliest and hardest workers out there, that's why we are on this site. You have a great country and culture and we have found that matches PERFECT with our team. Job description: We are looking for someone who has already worked online in the past. Someone with a little experience in wordpress and design, please note: you do NOT have to be a programmer or expert in this area, just a little knowledge such as adding a wordpress plugin or adding a new page is fine. That's most important. As long as they've had a little experience working online, it's good enough for me.

50 I will take a good person with little skills that's positive and willing to learn over someone that's not dependable and a bad attitude but is a wordpress expert any day. Training For those of who with no business that's stable right now, and still trying to make money online, you may be thinking how will you train someone, when you yourself does not even know how to install wordpress. This is perfect.

51 Example Let's say you just got a new course teaching how to set up your own business online, where you will make money by creating videos, uploading them to YouTube, then after they watch the video they are redirected to your website where you will capture their address, then sell something to them. Woooosh! That sounds technical and a boatload of work, I know this model because I've done it, and yes it's a ton of work. Learning how to properly set it up, what may seem like a few steps, is a massive task if you don t I so how to create a video, squeeze page and set up, wordpress etc, ect. That's why an assistant it's massively important, especially if you're not doing well online. If you tried to set this up yourself, I already know how it works, you'll get annoyed at some point in this process because of the technical curve, also and this whole process, even if you know what you are doing, takes many hours to set up.

52 You'll get annoyed, and move onto the next thing. Here's what I would do with my VA. Let's pretend your VA(virtual assistant) is like you, they don't know how to set up a squeeze page, only know a little about uploading videos, and nothing about marketing. Your VA is not going to know everything. You are going to need to train them...and you're not going to be the one to do it. I would first give the video course to my VA, I would tell them to read over the entire course twice, so you get an idea of what we are going to be doing, you are paying them for this time also. This is paid training. "You'll notice VA in the first part it says we need to create a video then upload it, it's not exactly clear on step By step for this, so I want you to search in YouTube for how to upload a video properly in YouTube. In the course it already shows how to create the video, copy exactly what he says for at part."

53 "Next it says we need to create a squeeze page to capture the persons , it gives no instructions on how to do this or what we need. I want you to search in Google and find the 3 best recommended companies to open an auto responder with." "After that I want you to search in Google and find out exactly what we need to create a squeeze page, make a list of items, after we get all that we need, I want you search in Google for how to set up a squeeze page with the tools we will have." ---end example This is just an example so you can get an idea on how if you find a new course or venture online, and have no idea how to do it, how you can get your VA to do all of the research and technical aspects for you. It will be also good because next time you need a squeeze page or video they already will know how. Now sometimes your assistant will already know some of these things, but I just put this example here for someone that did not.

54 You will see at this point how fast they learn, and the type of work that they do. Make sure...make sure you reassure them, that it is ok they don't know how, that you hired them because you liked their attitude and they are someone you would love to work with. Tell them basically you are paying them to learn, you don't want them to feel like they are inferior for what you require. Again if you know your business model already you can find a VA that's good in video creation, knows how to create a squeeze page in wordpress and good in marketing. Again for me, even though I know my business model, I will train the right person, I won't pass up on a good person because they aren't an expert in video creation. Our businesses are always growing and expanding, you will always need to be training them on something new, you want someone who can grow and expand with you.

55 You are the Idea maker, not the mail clerk I often use this analogy when people come to me and they aren't outsourcing yet. Imagine if you walked into Microsoft and saw Bill Gates working in the mail room sorting mail. You would be shocked, you would think, "How can this company run while the CEO is doing petty tasks in the mailroom?" This is exactly how I looked when I was in my windowless cave eating peanut butter sandwiches doing data entry and learning crazy technical things I had no business learning. Here I had all these great ideas and they were taking forever to get implemented because I was doing everything myself.

56 I want you to stop this today, right now, you do not work in the mail room, you are not in the data entry field. You, are the idea maker. That's what you make, you don't make websites, you don't make designs, you don't upload videos. Other people do this for you, for $2 an hour. Let's say you have a new idea, "I want to sell T-shirts online, I see so many people doing it, and it's making a lot of money for them, there has to be something to this." You know that, you are a horrible designer, you don't have time to learn how to create designs, and upload them and create ads all day, but, you do have a shiny new assistant that's ready to do EVERYTHING for you. "Ok VA, I want you to go and research T-shirts, go on Google, Amazon etc, and find some top selling T-shirts, let's create something similar, but don't a copy of it. Bring me back 10 designs and we will go from there." If you have 1-2 hours per night to run your business, do you want to spend those two hours searching for designs and learning to create them...and a week later you only have one t-shirt up and running to sell?

57 Or would you rather have your VA working 8 hours every day for a week, at the end of the week, she launched 40 new shirt campaigns for you, and you've now sold hundreds of T- shirts. Leverage, we must leverage the most precious resource we own, our time. Do not squander another day of it, outsourcing is the fastest way to get free. Daily updates Your VA must contact you daily. This will make sure they are doing what they are suppose to on their end. I tell them to me at the end of every day you work, with a short summary, of what they did today, and what they will do tomorrow.

58 Also if they have any problems for the day, let me know what they were. If they have any ideas, let me know. Skype, this is something I like to do myself, I tell them you must have Skype if you don't, then download it. You must stay on Skype your entire shift. This lets me know that they are online, but also if I have something new I need changed, or something I want done right away, I will have direct quick access to them. Tools Here are some tools I use to keep everything running smoothly. Skype Keep in contact with your team, do group chats, video etc. it's free.

59 TimeDoctor.com tracks the hours your assistant is working, that they are actually doing their work and not chatting on facebok. Google docs-this has basically everything from Microsoft Word/open office. What's great about this is that it stores everything online. You can see who's in the document the same time you are and even where they are editing it. Saves you from having to save the document, then a spreadsheet back and forth between your team. It's free to use. Jing- a super easy screen capture and video capture system to use. Let's say you want your assistant to change how a design looks, you can do a quick picture of your screen, make an arrow pointing to the designs left foot, and make a box saying, "His shoe should be green with carrots growing out of it", then another arrow at his head saying, "It needs to look like a mouse, not a bunny." PayPal - quick easy secure, its how I, and most of the online world pays their virtual assistants.

60 Popplet- an easy to use diagram creator. Create boxes to show the flow of a business or idea. I've used this tons also. Some business models can be complex, when they are broken down visually in simple boxes, people get a better grasp of exactly what's going on. Interview questions I use Skype for interviews, by the way I've never done a web cam or voice interview, it's up to you though, either way is fine, unless you need customer service over the phone etc.

61 To kind of break the awkwardness in the beginning, don't just get right into business. Ask them where they live in the Philippines, what's their favorite food there. If you just use a couple phrases from their language, they will be VERY happy and excited, remember you want them to be excited and want them to work for you. They may have two other offers already waiting. Some Filipino phrases you can use when typing: Salamat: thank you Kamusta: how are you Magandang umaga: good morning Magandang hapon: good afternoon Magandang gabi: good evening Hindi: no Oo: yes (I've travelled to the Philippines a few times, so I know some of their language and dialects)

62 --Here is a list of some questions you can ask: How long have you been working online? What hours and days are you available to work? What is your requested salary?-(this is just a request just because they put 15,000 monthly, doesn't mean they won't accept starting off at 12,000 etc) Do you have your own computer? Do you have a stable internet connection in your house? Do you have a laptop? Can we contact your last employer, when did you part with them? What is your long term goal in life? Where did you graduate college? What did you study in college? Why do you like working online, instead of a regular job? --If you already have a business going, ask them specifics about it: Example, have you ever done marketing, do you know how to set up a squeeze page, are familiar with wordpress.

63 Make sure you tell them about how you pay weekly, how you will quickly raise salary with good performance and give bonuses a lot. You want them to choose you as the employee if you like them, also it will get them wanting to do a good job for you right away. For example, for myself I can tell them I've sent my team on a vacation all expenses paid, they have received gifts such as tablets, phones and many many bonuses, so be assured if you work strong and hard for us, you will be rewarded beyond your standard salary. When I seen how much money and profits my assistants were bringing in to me, there's no way I could with a clear mind not give them bonuses and thank them for all they are doing, I certainly didn't want to lose them!

64 Course to give to your assistant. Do you need a business in a box that you and your assistant can start doing together tonight? Here's a course that you can outsource, give it to your assistant and have at it. This is something that works and I have done with my assistant.

66 If you already have an online business running, even if it's profitable, outsource If you have no idea how to make money online and haven't even made your first dollar, outsource. Don't be like me and wait years, doing everything yourself. If I was still having to do everything myself, I would be stuck in a room somewhere for hours a day online, because I was too afraid to let someone else in on my business, or didn't know how to hire someone. Fear and greed will have you miss out on the very blessings that are waiting right in front of you. You now have no excuses...time, money, skill, can and will all be overcome, right now. Read this book three times if you need to, take notes, but to NOT delay, to hire someone tonight...right now. Do not try to get everyone perfect and inline before you hire someone, it will never be perfect, go..right now. May many blessing enter your business and life...life is precious, let's not waste another minute of it.
