The ontractor shall verify all dimensions, including but not limited to the height between the beam flange and the, the between the beam and stiffener, the plumbness of the stiffener, the slope of the top of the bottom flange, limits of section loss, the chamfer for the existing beam fillet, and bolt spacing, etc., before any material is ordered or fabricated. The number of bolts shown in this standard are for representation only. The ontractor shall be responsible for selecting the number of bolts, and the pattern that will satisfy the requirements of the standard. 2. The contractor is to complete the installation of each plating location prior to the end of the work day. No location is to be left with bolt holes drilled and plating not fully bolted.. To eliminate any knife edge grind the edge until a 1/8 thickness is attained.
