1 APPENDX A Bill No. 0 0 By-law No. A By-law to amend By-law No. A-8, entitled A by-law to provide for various Community Services Department fees and charges WHEREAS section 5() of the Municipal Act, 00 S.O. 00, c.5, as amended, provides that a municipal power shall be exercised by by-law; NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the City of London enacts as follows:. Subsection.l(b) of By-law A-8 is amended by deleting it in its entirety and replacing it with a new subsection.l(b) as follows: (b) Those fees and charges with # in the column headed Status do not include taxes; those fees and charges with # in the column headed Status are exempt from taxes; and those fees and charges with # in the column headed Status include taxes.. By-law A-8 is amended by deleting Schedule in its entirety and replacing it with a new Schedule, attached as Schedule to this By-law.. This by-law shall come into force and effect on July, 00.
