Arts educators and administrators from each school will select one student each month for recognition based on academic rigor and artistic merit. 10 Cross Country The Demons compete in Kernersville tomorrow in the NCRunners event. Field Hockey RJR defeated Page this week. 3 conferences matches next week that will finish out the regular season. Football RJR fought hard but lost to Tabor last night. Mt Tabor is falling to the 3A classification next year and will not be in the Central Piedmont Conference or a 4A school for the next few years. Last night s game was the last between the schools for the foreseeable future. Golf RJR will host the conference tournament on Monday at Winston Lake at 1:00. Soccer The Demons had 2 wins this week over Reagan and Davie. They host Parkland on Monday in a big conference showdown. Tennis RJR finished 2nd in the CPC this year. The conference tournament is on Tuesday and the playoffs begin a week after that. Volleyball RJR wrapped up its home schedule this week. The Demons have their last two regular season games next week on the road and then the conference tournament the week after. Winter sports will begin tryouts on Monday, October 31. All students will need a physical on file. Wristbands to try out will be distributed the week of the 24th. Dates and locations will be announced soon.
