32 Procurement (1) Running a competitive tender process. Any type/size of organisation can apply. E-tendering system called In- Tend which is a web-based system.

33 Procurement (2) You need to register your company on the In-tend system. You download the Invitation to Tender pack then complete your submission and up-load it back to the site. We do not accept paper or ed tender submissions.

34 Procurement (3) Details of how to use the In-Tend system when you log-in to it. It is simply to use. The most common problem is people do not upload all their documents, which results in a partial submission which is not compliant. Do not to leave the upload of your submission to the last minute.
