November 16, 2017 MCI BOD Meeting Summary Approval (Bruce Alexander) The meeting summary provided in their packets was approved without further discussion. Motion: Barry Gore made the motion to approve the November 16, 2017 meeting summary. Kelly Brough seconded the motion. Vote: Motion approved unanimously. 4. Public Comment There was no public comment. 5. Introduction of Consultant Team (Don Hunt) Don Hunt introduced the technical consultant selected, HDR, and provided background on HDR s knowledge, expertise and research in emerging transformation transportation projects in the Denver metro area. KPMG will be a sub-consultant to HDR. Don introduced Rick Pilgrim, Project Manager/Sr. Vice President at HDR and the HDR Task Team: Chris Primus (support to Rick as deputy project manager), Kaia Nesbitt (outreach lead), Jason Longsdorf (governance and agency alignment), Jason McGlashan (planning lead), and Cristina Beermann (support outreach efforts). HDR used the attached slide deck (attachment 5.a) for their presentation. HDR passed out a questionnaire for the Board and attendees to complete. The survey (attachment 5.b) asks participants to rate and prioritize aspects of mobility and transportation that are most important to them. 6. Adjournment (Bruce Alexander) 7.
