2 Values created with Lodam modbus devices Imagine a ventilation solution where you get notified if your system is not running efficiently and you do not need to use any external measuring devices to verify if your system is running correct. Imagine a system which is easy to integrate into any BMS/SCADA system. Optimize and simplify your ventilation system with the Lodam differential pressure transmitter (DPT). The 2-in-1 solution with two integrated differential pressure transducers will save space, ease commissioning and add functionalities from one onboard and two external temperature sensors. The DPT with modbus is designed for the Lodam Multi Controller, which is a standard hardware platform that can be customized to an infinite number of solutions. The DPT however, can also be used with other controllers via BMS/SCADA. The Lodam power measurement/energymeter (LPM200) can measure currents, voltage, frequency and energy consumption. With the LPM200 module you can phase detect your 3-phase motors to secure correct direction for ventilation motors or scroll and screw compressors. The Lodam LPM200 is easy to apply to all HVAC applications. To protect your entire system, the LPM200 can detect safe area operation of currents, voltage and frequency to shut down and avoid system failure. The combination of the two devices creates a long range of benefits. One is the measurement of specific fan power. 3 Improved quality with end-of-line tested products We have been asked: How can you secure, that the solutions you deliver are in full operation and meets all existing regulations? In the BITZER Group, we developed the compressor protection modules, frequency converters, OLC s ECOSTAR controller as well as the CM-modules. But our work with the developing, is just the first step for the optimal solution for all our customers. Our passionate developing team have created an innovative and highly efficient end-of-line test, which goal is to secure the highest possible standard for all new products. The end-of-line test setup is available for all Lodam controllers. The newest addition to the end-of-line testing is the CM-RC-01 (BITZER IQ Module), which sets new high standards for future products. But the finetuning of new solutions does not end here. Simulation of end-user application Knowledge building of complex solutions Simulation of service needs as well as fault situations Training makes better After increasing the amount of electronics on the compressor, the request for support and training has also increased. To support this and to provide the optimal usability and serviceability, we created the simulator and training boxes for the new CM-modules as well as for the ECOSTAR. The simulator can be used to train BITZER sales representatives and customers around the globe. End customers can also use the CM simulator box, to program the system controller or even faultfinding and preparing service visits. We are happy, that we can help colleagues and customers with securing more than just a product. 4 Lodam celebrates 50 years anniversary October 1st was a day to remember. Lodam celebrated 50 years anniversary with a big reception at Kærvej, Sønderborg. BITZER Management as well as business partners and employees participated in the event, which was held at the headquarter at Kærvej in Sonderborg. The event was accompanied with Jazz music, while the guests enjoyed food from local suppliers Bella Italia, Huset Blom, Wohlenberg and Kislings. Beside this, a brand new exhibition area had been created, where a timeline over the last 50 years and a wide range of different products and solutions were presented.

5 Lodam founder honored On October 1st 1968, Uwe Lorenzen and Tage Damm founded Lodam. Tage Damm was participating in the reception and he was honored with a gift after the speech from Managing Director, Henning Højberg Kristensen. In the speech Henning Højberg Kristensen underlined the importence of the many skilled employees, who have formed the company to what it is today. It has been a fantastic journey thanks to the employees and customers. Through the years, we have had up s and downs but we have managed to come out on top and that is why we are here today. We are happy to be a part of a proud family company with a long term perspective. Proud member of the BITZER Group When BITZER acquired Lodam electronics in 2007, the company had 23 employees, today there are 113. Beside this, Lodam has since 2010 continuously been awarded as one of the best places to work in Denmark. Something all employees are working on maintaining in the years to come. Christian Wehrle, member of the managing board at BITZER, was very happy about what Lodam had achieved during the years and he highlighted the importance of skilled employees. You are an important part of BITZER. A success story and one of our main pillars of the future. This would not have happened without committed and skilled employees. It is you, who have made the difference. A great thank you to everyone who attended the reception.
