4 CLASS QJ JUNIOR PHOTOGRAPHY SECTION All entries must be registered with the Secretary, Bribbaree Show Society by Wednesday 26 th September 2018 and delivered to the Main Pavilion by 11 am, Friday 28 th September Please note: All photographs must be exposed by the exhibitor, however, may be processed by commercial services. Prints must be suitably presented and mounted so that the photograph may be displayed. All photographs must be UNFRAMED. {meaning no wooden or metal frames or they will be disqualified, cardboard or plastic framing is acceptable} Maximum photograph size 25.2 x 30cm {10 x 12 } Postcard size 10.2 x 15.3cm {4 x 6 } will be accepted in all sections. PAVILION PHOTOGRAPHY {POSTER} COMPETITION OVERVIEW: This competition is aimed at providing Show Societies with the opportunity of displaying the excellence of their Pavilions to a wider gallery of interested people than are normally able to actually view the Pavilions. To do this Societies arrange for the photographs to be taken {not professionally} within the Pavilions during their shows and the photographs chosen for this competition are displayed on a poster. N.B. This is NOT a Photography Section competition COMPETITION RULES: The photographs must be of / from the Pavilions only, typically the Arts and Craft or Produce Pavilions. Each photograph may be no larger than 15cm x 20cm {6 x 8 }. The Show Society s name must not be readily identifiable in the photographs by an outsider. A poster of the five {5} photographs of the Pavilions selected will be compiled for presented. Photographs for consideration may be displayed in the Photography Section as possible entries in this competition or otherwise submit your photographs to the Secretary before 31 st January 2018.
