In this role, he contributes to the management of the firm and the handling of its legal affairs. In addition to having responsibility for the Los Angeles office, he supervises numerous digital forensic and electronic discovery assignments for major law firms, government agencies, and corporate management and information systems departments in criminal, civil, regulatory and internal corporate matters. Prior to joining Stroz Friedberg, Mr. Aquilina was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney s Office for the Central District of California, where he served as a Computer and Telecommunications Coordinator in the Cyber and Intellectual Property Crimes Section. He also served as a member of the Los Angeles Electronic Crimes Task Force, and as chair of the Computer Intrusion Working Group. He also served in the Major Frauds and Terrorism/ Organized Crime Sections, where he investigated and tried cases. In the wake of the September 11, 2001 attacks, Mr. Aquilina helped establish and run the legal section of the FBI s Emergency Operations Center. Before public service, Mr. Aquilina was an associate at the law firm Richards, Spears, Kibbe & Orbe in New York. Mr. Aquilina received his B.A. magna cum laude from Georgetown University, and his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he was a Richard Erskine Academic Fellow and served as an Articles Editor and Executive Committee Member of the California Law Review. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Irma E. Gonzalez, U.S. District Judge, Southern District of California. He serves as an Honorary Council Member on cyber-law issues for the International Council of E-Commerce Consultants, the organization that administers the Certified Ethical Hacker and the Certified Hacking Forensic Investigator certifications to leading security industry professionals worldwide. 1

Ms. Arnault-Factor received her Ph.D. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and her B.A. from Smith College. Ms. Arnault-Factor was formerly a professor of economics at Pomona College, Occidental College, Pitzer College and Rutgers University. Ms. Arnault-Factor serves on the boards of directors of the California Chamber of Commerce, where she chaired the Health Care Committee for twelve years, Delta Dental Plan of California ( ), and has been a long-time member of the Advisory Committee for Blue Shield of California. Her community involvement has included service on several other boards. Ms. Arnault-Factor served as the public member of the State Bar of California s Committee on Public Responsibility and Conduct. Ms. Arnault-Factor has been a Panelist for California Continuing Education of the Bar on Proving Damages and a panelist for the State Bar of California on Expert Witness Strategy and Tactics. She currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Antitrust Section of the L. A. County Bar Association. In addition, she has testified as an expert witness and often serves as project director for larger JurEcon projects involving teams of experts. 2

A native of Ohio, Mr. Aronoff moved, at the age of 12, with his family to Los Angeles. He graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. He received his J.D. from the University of Denver in 1976 where he was the Senior Editor of the Denver Law Forum. He is the author of several published articles on bankruptcy, litigation and landlord-tenant law. Mr. Aronoff has served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles Superior Court since He is a Trustee of the Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters Association of Los Angeles. He chairs several committees for the Beverly Hills Bar Association which has given him several awards and has designated him to the Order of Distinguished Attorneys. Mr. Aronoff joined the CRF board in 1995, having actively supported CRF activities since 1977 and having received CRF s Lawyer of the Year award in He received it again in 2005, and has chaired CRF s Education and Program Oversight Committee since Mr. Aronoff lives in Hermosa Beach where he has been a Commissioner of Parks, Recreation and Community Resources. He enjoys skiing and travel. He is Founder of the Hermosa Beach Film Festival and President of the Method Fest Film Festival. As a part-time entrepreneur, he introduced Segway Human Transporters to Los Angeles. 3

He is actively involved in providing preventive legal advice and training for managers, overseeing employment litigation and developing internal policies and procedures affecting the Universal s workforce in the corporate, studio operations, motion pictures, television, and theme park businesses. Mr. Barrero also advises the Universal Music Group in similar areas of law and operations. He is also responsible for counseling management on all employment legal matters, including executive recruitment, employee relations, planning for employee issues in mergers and acquisitions, implementation of work force reductions, and federal and state legislative issues affecting entertainment industry employers. Prior to joining Universal in 1998, Mr. Barrero was Senior Counsel for Union Bank of California and was associated with the law firms of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton and McCutchen, Black, Verleger & Shea in Los Angeles. He is a member of the California State Bar Labor and Employment Law Section and is a frequent speaker and lecturer. He has been an instructor on Sexual Harassment in the Entertainment Industry for UCLA Extension and on employment law topics for the Continuing Education of the Bar and the Institute for Corporate Counsel. He is on the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Corporate Law Departments Section, and is a member of the American Corporate Counsel Association. Mr. Barrero received his BA in Psychology from UCLA and his JD degree from UC Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco. He has served as President of the California Employment Law Council, an employer association that includes most of California s largest employers in its membership. He is bilingual in Spanish and is active in community organizations such as the Bilingual Foundation of the Arts, the Hispanic Scholarship Fund, the Latino Lawyers Association and the California Hispanic Corporate Council. 4

He was promoted to his current position in October 2003, after being named Executive Vice President and General Counsel in January He was appointed Secretary in October In his position, Mr. Braverman is the chief legal officer of the company and oversees its team of attorneys responsible for all aspects of Disney's legal affairs around the world. He reports directly to Bob Iger. Previously, Mr. Braverman was Executive Vice President and General Counsel, ABC Inc., and Deputy General Counsel of The Walt Disney Company. In that capacity, he oversaw the legal affairs of the ABC Broadcast Group, ESPN and Disney/ABC Cable, as well as labor relations. In August 1996, he was named Senior Vice President and General Counsel of ABC, Inc, and in 1994, he was promoted to Vice President and General Counsel. He joined ABC, Inc. in November 1993, as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. In his positions with ABC, Inc., he had broad responsibilities for the operation of the legal department, government relations, and the corporation's legal affairs. During his tenure at ABC, he guided the company through numerous lawsuits regarding news reporting and news gathering practices, supervised the Company's labor department, and oversaw the government relations function for Capital Cities/ABC, Inc. prior to its merger with Disney. Mr. Braverman joined Capital Cities/ABC, Inc. from the Washington, D.C. law firm of Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering, where he started in He became a partner in 1983, specializing in complex commercial and administrative litigation. Before joining Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering, he was a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas W. Pomeroy, Jr., Justice, Pennsylvania Supreme Court. After law school, he clerked for Justice William J. Brennan, Jr. at the United States Supreme Court and, the year prior for Judge J. Skelly Wright of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. Judge Fisher founded the Los Angeles office of Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe in 1988 where he specialized in complex business litigation. Before that he was a partner in the Tuttle & Taylor law firm. President Clinton appointed Judge Fisher as the Associate Attorney General of the United States in November He oversaw the work of the Civil, Civil Rights, Antitrust, Tax, and Environment & Natural Resources divisions. He also had oversight responsibility for the Office of Justice programs, the COPS community-policing program, the Office of Tribal Justice, and the Executive Office of United States Trustees (Bankruptcy). Active in public service, Judge Fisher was appointed by Los Angeles Mayor Richard Riordan to the five-member Los Angeles Police Commission and was elected its president in He also served as Deputy General Counsel for the Independent Commission on the Los Angeles Police Department (the Christopher Commission ) in Judge Misher is a former President of the Constitutional Rights Foundation and was awarded the Bill of Rights Award in Judge Fisher is married to Nancy Fisher, a public high school English teacher. He is a past chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Labor Law Section, served as labor relations counsel to the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee and was a member of the Mayor Bradley s Labor-Management Advisory Committee. Mr. Friedman was also on the Los Angeles Board of Civil Service Commissioners and was its president from 1985 to From 1990 to 1991 he was President of the Board of Bet Tzedek (House of Justice) Legal Services and continues to sit on its Board. Judge Fromholz works full-time resolving disputes in a wide variety of areas including complex business litigation, trade secrets, unfair trade practices, breach of contract, warranty and fiduciary duties, wrongful termination, fraud, lender liability, product liability, and class actions. Prior to joining JAMS, Judge Fromholz served as a Superior Court Judge in Los Angeles County. Before joining the bench, Judge Fromholz was a partner in the litigation practice of Morrison & Foerster for 21 years, where he held a variety of management positions including Chairman of the Los Angeles Litigation Group and Managing Partner of the Los Angeles Office. In 1998 and 1999 Judge Fromholz served as President of CRF, and from 1990 to 1993, he was chairman of the Lawyers Advisory Council. In 1991, he chaired the Annual Fund Drive for the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles. He has been a vice chairman of the Mediation Committee of the American Bar Association Section on Dispute Resolution, and chairman of the American Bar Association Section of Science and Technology, of the State Bar of California Committee on Computers and Law, of the Client Relations Committee of the Bar Association of San Francisco, and a trustee of the San Francisco County Law Library. He has lectured at the University of California at Berkeley s School of Law, for the Practicing Law Institute, and for other professional and judicial organizations, on subjects related to complex litigation. In his capacity for the motion picture company, Mr. Gelfan oversees legal and business affairs as well as human resources and general administrative matters for the company and its various units. As Executive Vice President of Fox Entertainment Group, the parent company of all Fox companies, Mr. Gelfan is the senior legal executive with responsibilities that include oversight of Fox's litigation, intellectual property, and content protection groups, as well as corporate and senior executive negotiations for the company. Gillespie has represented employers in all types of employment litigation.
