Originally established in 1995 the Hay Hill Gallery represents a number of internationally recognised contemporary artists. Located in the heart of Mayfair and a stone s throw away from the Royal Academy and luxurious establishments on Bond Street, the gallery is one of Cork Street s largest with a generous space spread over two floors.

Past exhibitions have broadened the gallery s remit to include artists such as Jamie McCartney, McAlpine Miller, Will Martyr, Nicolas Ruston, Marialuisa Tadei and Patrice Valota alongside masters such as Degas, Munch and Warhol. The gallery s ambitious stance seeks to articulate a new sensibility within the contemporary fine art world and aims to contribute to a reinvigoration of young contemporary art, including it s issues and practices. Hay Hill Gallery s experienced consultants advise on all matters pertaining to specific interests. Whether starting a collection, building upon an existing collection, or purchasing a one off piece, the remit offers both the variety and specialism from wall to wall, both locally and internationally.

Octopus 560 x 540 x 156 cm Mosaic sculpture Thomas More Sq, London, E1 MARIALUISA TADEI In an extreme world of consumerism, my intention is to create art that bridges the gap between the material world and the spiritual dimension. My work aims to establish a dialogue between the seen and the unseen aspects of ourselves and our existence.

McALPINE MILLER Using subtle tones of paint McAlpine Miller creates the illusion of transparencies within his works. A reality that is so far-fetched that it becomes a busy blur of objects which portray the idea of an energy-laden consumer society, McAlpine Miller is currently working on a major commission for The Savoy Hotel, London using his unique, oil on canvas layering effect to depict celebrities who have resided at The Savoy. Encouraged by a Force from Behind 81 x 56 cm Oil on canvas

JAMIE McCARTNEY Jamie McCartney is an English sculptor, trained at Hartford Art School, USA, from where he graduated with highest honours in Jamie is an artist who is hard to define. He admits to having a largely sculptural oeuvre but his work crosses many disciplines and he shuns any particular label. I blame my degree in Experimental Studio Art... I m still experimenting. Fallen Angel Photography

NICOLAS RUSTON Ruston s work synthesises the kinetic energy of abstract expressionism with the iconic representation of Pop Art relentlessly pushing the boundaries of style and material and meaning. Armed with knives and surgical instruments, Ruston both destroys and creates. - Christa Paula, Art Historian Necessary Illiusions 163 x 122 cm Scratch painting

PATRICE VALOTA Valota s use of colour is unique in that it is fused with wax, the predominant medium. He paints with the flame of a blowtorch, mastering the fusion of melted matter and pigments to obtain a glowing surface. Wax sets off a very special light to give a sensual, delicate, yet strong depth of colour, as if at the core of matter itself. It absorbs colours, transcends them and guides me in my search for other hues. Wax is alive, sensual and at the heart of my story, comments the artist. Arborescence x 130 cm Wax and pigments on board

With a capacity of up to two hundred people, the Hay Hill Gallery is also available for select events. The space provides a unique and vibrant backdrop for any occasion. A wide range of events are often held in the gallery ranging from product launches, fashions shows, corporate events to charity auctions, with live performances from artists such as Amy Winehouse.

Queen Elizabeth II. The Only Queen Acrylic on canvas cm round 70,000 When I see death, I see life, and I feel that death, as a symbol, is just black. I paint on black because it feels like going into the abyss and bringing out life, colour and emotion. BRADLEY THEODORE
