7 CONCENTRATE ON THINGS YOU HAVE DIRECT CONTROL OVER BY GETTING PULLED IN DIRECTIONS BECAUSE WE ARE EMOTIONALLY MOTIVATED IS THE ADDICTION WE ALL HAVE! THINGS YOU CAN DO OR MONITOR WITH UNDERSTANDING! FOCUS ON THE SKILLS YOU VE DECIDED TO MASTER ULTIMATE DAILY OUTCOME YOUR DAY SCRIPTED TO THE MINUTE WITH MICRO GOALS (BECAUSE THEY ARE TIED TO YOUR GOALS) SET DAILY, WITH CLEAR INTENTION, WITH VERY SPECIFIC TIME CONTRAINTS, AND 2 MINUTE REVIEW **The Ultimate Blah Blah Blah** What I ve Found That Works 1. Clear out you mental Inbox (Throw out the Trash) Make a list of everything that you think about consistently (me tickets, daughter, etc..) that causes you stress. Place a check next to everything you have no control over currently and mentally see yourself forgiving yourself and making a commitment to handle it another day in the future. Take everything else on the list and transfer to a *A* Priority MUST DO List Schedule at least 1 2 of those every single week. NOT MORE! Review this list and add to it once every two weeks. 2. Create an Ideal Day in detail. Add at least one Ritual Chunk of time (Morning Ritual)..The more Rituals you create and develop into habits the more successful you will become.

8 HOUR OF POWER DO MY OPA S THE EVENING BEFORE OR IN THE MORNING. IT IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST THAT I HAVE MY DAY PLANNED AND MY TIME CHUNKED TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ALL THE TIME I HAVE. MORNING RITUAL PUT MYSELF IN A PEAK STATE USING MY PHYSIOLOGY (STATE MANAGEMENT) AND QUESTIONS. THEN READ MY OVERALL GOALS, 30 DAYS GOALS, VALUES, AND SIX NEEDS. I WILL THEN USE A BREATHING TECHNIQUE TO RELAX AND GO INTO THE PERFECT MOVIE OF MY DAY. I WILL VISUALIZE MY DAY IN DETAIL SEEING MYSELF DOING ALL THE THINGS I MUST DO THAT DAY. I WILL SEE MYSELF IN THE PERFECT ENVIRONMENT MAKING SALES AND DOING BUSINESS. I WILL THEN SEE MYSELF IN THE FUTURE AS THE PERSON I MUST BE AND SEE MYSELF ACCOMPLISHING ALL OF MY GOALS. I WILL SEE THE ONE S I LOVE AND HOW I WANT TO TREAT THEM. I WILL SEE IN DETAIL HOW MY BODY LOOKS. I WILL END BY THINKING OF ALL THE THINGS I AM GRATEFUL FOR. EVENING EMERGENCY ONLY - (C) Hour of Power would Drink, Brush, and Netti followed by Fifteen minutes of intense exercise followed by breakfast drink while visioning goals for a total of 35 Minutes OPA S MORNING DRINK 1 2 LITERS OF WATER BRUSH TEETH NETTI POT (1 Min.) (3 Min.) (3 Min.) EXCERSISE 30 MINUTES (LISTEN TO SOMETHING GOOD) EGOSCUE 30 MINUTES (30 Min.) MAKE BREAKFAST DRINK AND DRINK PEAK STATE (30 Min.) (B 15 Min.) (B 15 Min.) (15 Min.) (3 Min.) READ OVERALL GOALS, 30 DAY GOALS, VALUES, & SIX NEEDS BREATHE AND RELAX (5 Min.) SEE MYSELF IN A MOVIE (15 Min.) (B 5 Min.) (B 5 Min.) (5 Min.) (B 5 Min.) VISUALIZE THE PERFECT DAY IN DETAIL INCLUDING ALL I MUST DO (2 Min.) What am I willing to give up? 3. What order do they have to be in to achieve my most important goals? 4. IMPORTANT! How do I know if I m meeting these values on a consistent basis? 5. CREATE TOP 4 6 VALUES PRAGMATIC AND REAL! Can you see the conflicts?

16 ALWAYS BE ASKING YOURSELF; IS THIS BEHAVIOR CONGRUENT WITH MY VALUES AND GOALS? YOU MUST HAVE 1. A CLEAR DEFINED SET OF GOALS IN THE KEY AREAS OF YOUR LIFE! 2. BELIEFS THAT SUPPORT YOUR GOAL 3. A CLEAR DEFINED SET OF VALUES 4. RULES FOR ACHIEVING YOUR VALUES 5. MAKE SURE YOUR GOALS AND VALUES ARE IN ALIGHNEMETN! ONCE YOU HAVE THIS 1. Beginning of Week 2. Pull out your goals and for each one write down the actions you are going to take THIS WEEK. 3. Every morning or the night before READ your goals then immediately 4. Write Down What actions you will take that day. 5. NOW plug those actions into specific Time Blocks. 6. If done correctly 70% of your days should be blocked out. The System Is Not Important. You Can Do This With Pen and Paper, Note Pad on Your Iphone/Droid, Computer, or Gmail Calendar etc!!!!

17 WHAT DO I DO? 1. OPEN MY GOALS ON SUNDAY AND CREATE A TASK LIST FROM THIS INSIDE GOOGLE CALENDAR. 2. OPEN BASECAMP AND WRITE ACTIONS FROM MY OPA PROJECTS GMAIL CALENDAR BASECAMPHQ.COM DAILY DO THE SAME THING. ALWAYS CONNECTING FOR A FEW MINUTES ON MY ULTIMATE OUTCOME AND PURPSE.
