1 5 Simple Steps to a Productive & Successful Day Plus a visualization exercise and a list of FREE Digital Productivity tools
2 Hello Gorgeous, Thank you for downloading the My Beautiful Mess Daily Action Planner. Life can get pretty crazy at times. I like to call my life a beautiful mess it gives me permission to live my life imperfectly and still see the beauty in everything that I do. I m not going to lie and tell you that I'm perfect. My life is chaotic between running two businesses, a daughter, a husband, and writing and hopefully a social life there s tons to do. I want to make sure that what is most important to me gets taken care of. Do you ever feel like something is always being pushed back? It could be because you either keep forgetting about it or you just never make the time for it. Yep, I ve been there my friend and I can share with you how you can stay focused, prioritize and get out of that gorgeous chaos and start manifesting your successes. Before we get started here are a few simple rules to help you get results. 1. Stick to the rule of three ( don t over commit for the day) 2. Check it off when it is gets done 3. Re-write it until it gets done 4. Break it down into smaller steps 5. Address the bigger issue of why it s not getting done(stop PROCRASTINATING) 6. Cross it off if you don t intend to do it
3 Create Your Ritual Make It a Habit The night before going to bed I recommend that you write out a list of what you must do for the next day. Out of that list choose the top three goals that you want to achieve for the day. In other words create a list of priorities. Make it habit to get this done every night or early in the morning. Affirm Your Success Every morning wake up and set an intention for the day. Claim that your day will be productive, profitable and happy (or your heart s desire). 5 Simple Actions of the Daily Action Planner 1. Clarity (Clear out the Clutter): In the morning or the night before write down a list of everything that you need to accomplish for the day. If there is something from the previous list that must be done move it over. 2. The Power of Three: Write down what is most important to you. Take your top three to dos and make them a priority. Work on the biggest tasks first if you can get that out of the way then you are golden. 3. The Abundance Factor: Do something every day that is actionable towards your business to help you increase your success. Whether it is sending out an to follow up with a client, a blog post, a book proposal, even a Facebook update. Whenever you send something out something should and will return back to you.
4 4. Get Organize and Plan: No matter how hard you try to do things on the fly, planning will save you the headache and time. Don t procrastinate on this important step. Take a few minute to write out a quick schedule. Maybe you might have to use a timer to help you stay on track and turn off all distractions to help you stay focus. 5. Self-Care: No matter what you do throughout the day remember to create sometime for you to do something for yourself. Your Me Time can include mediation, exercise, an extra hour of sleep or a bubble bath remember to just do it. You deserve it after all of your marvelous work! 6 Steps You Need To Take What steps do you need to take in order to make it happen? Break your goal down into small steps. I need to I will discipline myself to do these things.
7 See it, Feel it, Believe it I'm a firm believer in visualization. I recommend that you do this exercise every day, spend at least 10 minutes a day (5 minutes in the morning, 5 minutes in the evening) visualizing achieving your goal. Here s what you need to do: Close your eyes Take a few deep breaths and relax See it as if it is currently happening "The biggest adventure you can ever take is to live the life of your dreams. Oprah Winfrey Taking time every single day to see your goal being accomplished, to feel it being accomplished and to believe that you will accomplish it is so powerful. By focusing on what you want to achieve you will drawn to you people, ideas and inspiration to help you make it happen.
