3 Government of Pakistan Alternative Energy Development Board Ministry of Energy (Power Division) ~d Floor OPF Building, G..512,Islamabad Tel: Fax: TENDER NOTICE Alternative Energy Development Board (AEDB) invites sealed bids/quotations for the supply of stationery, toners and miscellaneous items from reputed registered firms/contractors/service provider stationed at Rawalpindi /Islamabad. List containing the details of required items can be downloaded from and (PPRA"s website) or can be obtained from the AEDB's Head Office, Islamabad during working hours. 2. The quotation should reach to AEDB by 1ih February 2018 by noon positively. The quotation will be opened on the same day at 1230 hours at AEDB Head Office, Islamabad, in the presence of the bidders. Terms and Conditions: a. Participating Firms/Contractors/Service Providers must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department. b. Participating Firms/Contractors/Service Providers shall provide an affidavit that the bidder has never been blacklisted by any government department/organization. c. Participating Firms/Contractors/Service Providers who can supply items on spot (AEDB Head Office Islamabad) without any additional cost & having a registered office with telephone/fax facility shall only apply. d. Participating Firms/Contractors/Service Providers shall submit details of items separately showing unit price, GST and labour/service charges (if any). The written material should be clearly abd legible every page of the tender documents should be signed by the bidder with company seal. e. Rates quoted (including taxes & service charges) shall be valid up to 30th June f. Bid 5% of the bid price in the shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favour of the AEDB shall be enclosed with bid/quotation. Quotation not supported with the Bank Draft/pay order shall not be entertained. For successful bidder, the Bid money shall be converted into security deposit which shall be retained till 30th June 2018, however, the bid money shall be returnedto the unsuccessful bidders after finalization of the tender. g. AEDB reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids/quotations, without assigning any reason thereof. h.
