Within the framework of its assistance program in Iraq, the ICRC intends to purchase stationary for its official monthly use in main delegation (BG) and Sub Delegation (BGD) and is hereby requesting a tender from your company for the following quality and quantity: 2. Goods, Quantity and Specifications Stationary, The quality and specifications should be as per the attached list on monthly basis (quantities may change from month to month), all the material shall be: Page 1/7

Packing and Markings Packing shall withstand multiple handling and stacking up to final destination. Name and address of Supplier (manufacturer) 4. Price and Payment terms Payment will be done by cheque or bank transfer, on the account submitted with the offer, within 15 banking days from the date of Acceptance of the Goods. The company has to provide bank identification when submitting its offer with the Bank account number which should be in the name of the company not of its owner. Bank address should be complete with name of bank branch and SWIFT n. Currency USD or IQD 5. 3 Any offer submitted after the mentioned date and time shall not be considered and shall be destroyed without being opened 6. General Conditions The ICRC reserves the right to split the service into separate Purchase Orders with different Service Provider. All conditions not mentioned herein shall be governed by the ICRC General Conditions on Purchasing. Acceptance of the contract entails the waiving by the Service Provider of its General Conditions of Sales. 7. Special Conditions Documents included in this Tender are: 1 Presentation and Certification of your Company 2 ICRC General Conditions of Purchasing, each page Signed and Stamped by Supplier Supplier should sign each paper of Tender Request initially at the lower right corner of the papers, in addition to the main signature and stamp wherever indicated. It has to be noted that this Quotation does not imply any commission. Any offered commission will lead to the Seller's suspension.
