The quotation should be accompanied by EMD of ` 5000/-(Rupees five thousand only) deposit at call receipt/fixed deposit receipt/dd of the scheduled bank issued in favour of Executive Engineer, NRSE, Prothrapur, Electy. Deptt. valid for one year. The quotation without EMD will be rejected. 2. Quotation should be in the sealed Envelope written on the top Stationary items and Computer peripherals ( to ) separately and should be submitted to the Executive Engineer, NRSE Division, Electricity Department, Prothrapur. 1- The detailed list of items, terms and conditions can be downloaded from the official website of A & N Administration.i.e 3. The items of Toner & Cartridge will be accepted only amongst the authorized dealership. The dealership Certificate should be attached for the items toner and cartridges.

5 Similarly a certificate showing GST Registration No. of the supplier/dealer should be attached alongwith the quotation. 4. The rate indicating the brand with additional specification if any should reach office of undersigned on or before 26/10/2018 at 3.00 p.m and shall be opened by 3.30 p.m on the same day in presence of quotationer or their representatives if any present. 5. Rate shall be quoted for each item and make/brand shall be mentioned in the offer. 6. Validity of offer: 1 (one) year from to upto Delivery of Material: Order shall be placed as and when required basis and all ordered stores should be supplied within 05 days from the date of issue of supply order. 8. Place of delivery: Ordered materials/stationeries shall be delivered to Establishment Section of NRSE Division, Prothrapur. 9. The Executive Engineer (NRSE) Electricity Department, Prothrapur, Port Blair reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the quotation without assigning any reason thereof. 10. The rate quoted should be inclusive of all overhead charges/govt.levies/taxes etc. 11.
