CUSTOM FINISH OPTIONS MODERN ELM SLATE SOHO Construction starts with select hardwood components. All wood parts are carefully chosen and machined by experience craftsmen. Select wood components are doweled, glued, screwed and hand fitted. One piece frame construction is utilized where necessary for improved strength. Fabric and Leather is marked by knowledgeable craftsmen with years of experience. Attention to detail is important for proper pattern match and yield. Close attention to cutting each individual part assures that each fabric and leather matches perfectly. All MotionCraft sewers have years of experience dedicated to the perfection of sewing each fabric and leather component to insure proper form and fit when upholstered. When applicable, urethane foam is used on arms and backs for the hidden comfort expected from MotionCraft. SUGAR WINCHESTER WINTER WHITE For additional comfort and tailoring cotton fiber, produced by our own Sherrill fiber facility, is wrapped over all exposed frame components. This increases cover life by reducing abrasion. Experienced craftsmen pay close attention to every pull, every staple, every pleat when beginning the upholstery process. Tufting is a time honored craft which requires the highest level of experience. MotionCraft still honors this timeless art. Each button is pulled through and hand tied for the perfect tuft.
