1 HKP 21 HKP 25 EDGEBANDING - CARTRIDGES Dorus is the original manufacturer of Cartridge Adhesives for Holz-Her automatic edgebanding machines. HKP 21 and HKP 25 were specifically formulated for and approved by Holz-Her. The viscosity, spread, and flow characteristics of these Cartridges were specially developed in conjunction with Holz-Her. 2 KS 201/4 EDGEBANDING/SOFTFORMING KS 201/4 is a high viscosity, multi-purposed EVA based Hot Melt, offering extremely high heat resistance. It was formulated specifically for use in automatic edgebanding equipment and is recommended for both normal edgebanding as well as soft forming. Its high viscosity and high application temperatures make it most suitable for larger or newer automatic edgebanding equipment. The spread and flow characteristics permit standard as well as very high feed speeds to be run without stringing. KS 201/4 is a premium grade, state of the art Hot Melt for automatic edgebanding applications. This premium grade Hot Melt has been modified with a rubber additive to provide an exceptionally strong and durable multi-purpose Hot Melt adhesive. KS 205 is recommended for all straightline edgebanding applications. Its high viscosity, excellent bonding characteristics, and high heat resistance make this the ideal allpurpose edgebanding adhesive. DD 060 DOWEL INSERTION: DD 060 is a multi-purpose, low viscosity PVA adhesive formulated for use in both low and high-pressure dowel insertion systems.

11 DD 060 DOWEL INSERTION: DD 060 is a multi-purpose, low viscosity PVA adhesive formulated for use in both low and high-pressure dowel insertion systems. It is suitable for use in plywood, MDF, and particleboard. It offers good flow characteristics and very fast set up times with high bond strength. D 060 will not clog or block nozzle during application. DD 060 is also recommended for automatic knot hole filling and dovetail joint assembly equipment. Base : PVAc Dispersion *Viscosity - 20ºC : 225 mpas Minimum film forming temperature : 3ºC *According to Epprecht Viscometer TV/R2 and R3 Compression Ratio : 2:1 DD 060 is ready to use. Do not add water. Stir before use. The temperature and composition of substrate may affect adhesive set up times. It is recommended for optimum set up times that all materials be stored at room temperature for a minimum of 24 hours before use. 23 lb. plastic jug with screw cap.
