Make sure you have enough space to layout the parts before startng. o not stand or put weght on the product, ths could cause damage. ssemble the tem as close to ts fnal poston (n the same room) as possble. ssemble on a soft level surface to avod damagng the unt or your floor. arts of the assembly wll be easer wth 2 people. We do not recommend the use of power drll/drvers for nsertng screws, as ths could damage the unt. Only use hand screwdrvers. spose of all packagng carefully and responsbly. are and mantenance Only clean usng a damp cloth and mld detergent, do not use bleach or abrasve cleaners. Make sure the! angle between the drawer front 10 and the drawer sdes s 90 before the drawer bottom s fxed. 17 ssembly Instructons tep 2 djustng the doors left/rght. a: o adjust the door towards the left hand sde - turn the adjustng screw to the rght. b: o adjust the door towards the rght hand sde - turn the adjustng screw to the left. djustng the doors forwards/backwards. a: oosen the fxng screw. b: ush the cup hnge/the door forwards or backwards to adjust. c: ghten the fxng screws of the crossplates. djustng the doors up/down. a: oosen the two pre-mounted screws of each crossplates, BU ON as much as t wll allows the crossplates to move up and down. b: ush the door up or down to adjust. c: ghten the pre-mounted screws of crossplates. ssembly s complete. Make sure that the screws and wall plugs beng used are sutable for supportng your unt. onsult a qualfed tradesperson f you are unsure. HIN: 1) General Rule! lways use a larger screw and a wall plug f you are not sure. 2) nsure you use the recommended drll bt to match the wall plug and hole sze. 3) nsure you drll the hole horzontally, do not force the drll or enlarge the hole. 4) ake extra care when drllng hgh walls, celngs and ceramc tles. nsure the plug s fttng below the ceramc tle to avod splttng or crackng. ) nsure wall plugs are well ftted and are a tght ft n the drlled hole. ypes of walls ou can use one of the followng types of wall plug f your walls are made of brck, breeze block, concrete, stone, wood or plaster board. No. 1 "tandard" Wall lug General Wall Materals. No. 3 "held nchor" Wall lug Heavy loads. For use wth heaver loads such as & HF peakers and atelte shes etc. No. 4 "Gavty Fxng" Wall lug. No. 6 "Hammer Fxng" Wall plug. For use wth walls stuck wth plaster board. he hammer fxng allows t to be fxed to the wall rather than the plaster board. lways check the fxng s secure to the retanng wall. hese come n varous szes and are made from plastc or sometmes wood fber. No. 2 "General urpose" Wall lug erated/breeze Block. General aerated blocks should not be used to support heavy loads, use a specalst fttng n ths case.
