Sometimes a hardware bag can be tricky to find, though they are usually taped to a part. Read these instructions carefully before assembling. It will help you become familiar with the parts and construction. Two people might be required for assembly. Assembly Tips Find a clean, smooth area on which to work, such as a carpet, in order to avoid scratching the parts. Lay out all parts and hardware on the floor or on a table in the order of their number or letter. This will familiarize you with the parts and also help you find a part easier when you re ready to assemble it. Usually there is a small sticker on the part with the designating letter or number that matches the letter or number in the instructions. If that sticker is missing, look at the drawing in the instruction parts list, and try to recognize the part by its shape or characteristics like holes or grooves. We have provided both text and a drawing in each step, so using both will help the most. Each step assembles only a few parts, so just take it one step at a time. 3 STEP 1: Use the two Short Screws (A) to secure the Top (1) to the Screen (2). Tighten until snug. STEP 2 Use the Long Screws (B) to loosely attach the Front (6) to the Left Side (3) and the Right Side (4). Wait to fully tighten these screws until the end of Step 4. Use the Long Screws (B) to loosely attach the Lower Shelf (5) to the Left Side (3) and the Right Side (4). Potting Bench on Wheels # Current instructions at Page 3 of 5

4 STEP 3 Slide a Ring (D), Wheel (7), and Washer (C) over each dowel of the Left Side. Secure with a Medium Screw (E). Tighten until snug. Use the Medium Screws (E) to loosely attach the Top Shelf (8) to the Right Side (4) and Left Side (3). Wait to fully tighten these screws until the end of Step 4. C D D C STEP 4: Use Medium Screws (3) to secure the Screen (2) to the Left Side (3) and Right Side (4). Tighten until snug. Fully tighten all Screws from Step 2 and Step 3. 5 STEP 6: Note: Each Side Shelf is supported by four steel pins. Insert two Steel Pins (F) through the holes in each Side Shelf and into the holes in the Left Side or Right Side. Insert two more pins in the set of holes beneath the shelf, to support lower back of the shelf. Note: Shelves may be installed with both shelves on one side (as shown at right) or with one shelf on each side. Maximum weight on each shelf is 25 lbs. Maximum weight for the entire cart is 150 lbs.
