2 IMPORTANT Do not tighten up all the screws until each part is properly assembled. You should keep Hex Wrench in the safe place as you may need to tighten up the s in the future. Assembly Instructions 2/4 STEP 1 Attach four Casters to Base (J) with s. (See figure 1) J Locking Caster (On Front) (Figure 1) STEP 2 Attach Side Panel (B) to Base (J) with s. B C Attach Middle Panel (C) and Back Piece (G) to Base (J). G J C G E M I F H E Locking Caster (On Front) STEP 3 Slide Back Panel (E) and (F) to the unit. Attach Back Stretcher (H) and Front Piece (I) to the unit with s. D Attach Side Panel (D) and Divider (M) to the unit with s.

3 Assembly Instructions 3/4 STEP 4 Attach Gate Leg (R) at the back of unit with s. (See figure 2) R R (Figure 2) U B S T S P Q D P STEP 5 Assemble Handle Arm (S) to Side Panel (D) with s. Slide Round Arm (T) into place. Adjustable Pin Attach Knife Box (U) to Side Panel (B) with s. Insert Adjustable Pins into side panels and middle panels at the desired level. Place Shelf (P) and (Q).

4 Assembly Instructions 4/4 Screw A STEP 6 Put Screws into the pre-drilled holes at Top (A). Place Top (A) onto the unit, using s. (See figure 3) A (Figure 3) N O K K L L (Figure 4) STEP 7 Assemble Pull Handles to Door (K) and (L) with s. (See figure 4) Spring Pin Attach Door (K) by inserting the lower Spring Pin into the hole until it clicks (See figure 5) and then do the same for the upper Spring Pin. (Figure 5) Do the same process for Door (L). Slide (N) and (O) into place. STEP 8 Cover up all holes with Wood Plugs.

Be sure to push the plywood all the way forward so it meets the Front Part (, ). (See figure 2) N5 Using a Philips screwdriver, insert s (long) into the pre-drilled holes as shown, tighten half way.
