2 VINTNER UFFET left and right side s right side fixed shelf partition left side 1 ) Insert 4 wood dowels into left and right side s as shown. ) Insert 2 wood dowels into partition as shown. 2 Fit dowels of left and right side s into corresponding holes of fixed shelf as shown. Secure each side with 2 bolts, 2 spring washers and 2 flat washers, using an allen wrench. Do not over tighten the bolts. bottom 3 Fit dowels of assembled unit into corresponding holes of bottom as shown. Secure bottom with 4 bolts, 4 spring washers and 4 flat washers, using an allen wrench. 4 ttach 4 feet to bottom of assembled unit as shown. Turn each foot clockwise to secure. 3 VINTNER UFFET partition top top 5 With the assistance of another adult, carefully position unit upright. Fit dowels of partition into corresponding holes of assembled unit as shown. Secure partition with 2 bolts, 2 spring washers, 2 flat washers as shown. 6 ) Insert 6 wood dowels into top as shown. ) Fit dowels of top into corresponding holes of assembled unit. Secure top wtih 6 bolts, 6 spring washers, 6 flat washers as shown. NOTE: Do not over tigthen the door hinge right back hinge left back middle back 7 ttach left/middle/right back s to back of assembled unit with 26 back. Secure, but do not over tighten with a phillips head screwdriver. 8 ) Fit hinges of left/right doors into corresponding hinges of left/right side s of assembled unit as shown. Make sure each door hinge is securely engaged into each hinge. ) ttach 1 pull to each door with 1 pull bolt, using a screwdriver. Make sure shelf is securely supported by each shelf pin. 10 ttach left and right to back with 2 as shown, using a screwdriver. bottom front 11 Slide bottom into grooves of assembly as shown. 12 ttach front to assembly with 4 as shown. Repeat steps for remaining assembly. 14 Fit glides of assemblies into corresponding glides of assembled unit as shown. ssembly is now complete. CLENING & CRE Clean surfaces with a dry or damp soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Do not use furniture wax or polish as the unit is finished with a protective clear lacquer. Secure with 4 allen bolts, 4 spring washers and 4 flat washers using an allen wrench. Do not over tighten the bolts. 4 Fit dowels of right side into corresponding holes of assembled unit. 8 VINTNER HUTCH top pull right door left door 5 ) With the assistance of another adult, carefully position unit upright. ttach left and right doors to assembled unit by fitting hinge of doors into corresponding hinge of left and right side s as shown. ) ttach 1 pull to each door with 1 phillips bolt, using a screwdriver. 6 Fit dowels of top into corresponding holes of assembled unit. Secure with 4 allen bolts, 4 spring washers and 4 flat washers using an allen wrench. top back NOTE: Make sure curved edges of right and left storage shelf face each other during assembly right storage rack shelf middle back bottom back left storage rack shelf storage rack front/back 7 ttach bottom/middle/top back s to back of assembled unit as shown. Secure back s with 30 small using a screwdriver. 8 ttach left and right storage rack sides to 2 storage rack front and back with 8 large as shown using a screwdriver. 10 VINTNER HUTCH WLL MOUNTING SSEMLY WLL hutch C plastic anchor mounting bracket pan head screw mounting bracket D mounting screw buffet (sold separately) NOTE: If you are unsure about your wall type or what mounting method you should use, consult a qualified professional or your local hardware store. For added safety and stability, it is recommended that the wall mounting hardware be installed. For safe mounting, it is essential to use wall anchors appropriate to your wall type (i.e. plaster, drywall, concrete, etc.). Mount to wood studs whenever possible. ) ttach 1 mounting bracket to top of unit as shown, using 1 pan head screw. ) Determine the final location of unit. Mark position on the wall, approximately 2" below the bracket mounted to the back of the hutch. C) Drill a hole in the wall stud. If the wall stud is not available, drill a hole in the wall that is slightly smaller in diameter than the anchor. Gently tap the plastic anchor until the flange of the anchor is flush with the wall. D) ttach the mounting bracket to the wall by inserting 1 mounting screw through the wall fitting and into each plastic anchor in the wall. E) Place the unit so the wall fitting on the back edge is aligned with the wall fitting on wall. F) Lace one end of the wall strap through both fittings, and into the other end of the strap. G) Pull the strap tightly until secure. Repeat steps for remaining fitting and wall strap. Wall mounting assembly is now complete.
