Remove the plastic underbody panel for trimming by removing () plastic retainer nuts with a 0mm socket.. Mark the underbody panel and trim with a utility knife as shown in the diagram below. 3 INSTALLATION WALKTHROUGH:. Remove the () rearmost bolts in the vehicle stiffening struts. Raise hitch into position and loosely install the supplied 0mm hex bolts, /8" conical washers and CM-SP spacers as shown below.. Fishwire /" x " carriage bolts and CM-SP spacers through the access holes between the fascia and the back of the bumper beam and out the holes drilled in Step. Raise hitch into position and secure with /" flange nuts.. Press hitch against the bottom of the bumper beam, with the hitch centered, using the hitch as a template mark hole locations with a center punch. Lower hitch and drill hole locations with /" drill bit.. Using a /" socket, torque /" hardware to 0 lb-ft. Using a mm socket, torque M0-.0 hardware to lb-ft.
