Using the hitch as a template mark drill location on both sides. Lower hitch and drill holes. 3 INSTALLATION WALKTHROUGH:. Enlarge access holes to allow /"- carriage bolts and SP spacers to pass through. Fishwire /"- carriage bolts and SP spacers through the enlarged access holes and out the holes drilled in Step ().. Torque all M8 hardware to ft-lbs. Torque all /" hardware to 0 ft-lbs. CAUTION: BALLMOUNT MAY BECOME HOT DUE TO CENTER EXHAUST! ELECTRICAL WIRING MUST BE A MINIMUM OF " FROM THE EXHAUST TIPS!. Raise hitch into position and loosely secure the rear most holes with /"- flange nuts. Place the hitch side plates against the frame rails, followed buy -SP, and then the exhaust brackets. Secure with supplied M8-. hex bolts and /8" conical toothed washers.

Torque all /" hardware to 0 ft-lbs PERIODICALLY CHECK THIS RECEIVER HITCH TO ENSURE THAT ALL FASTENERS ARE TIGHT AND THAT ALL STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS ARE SOUND.
