6 Archery Entertainment running time: 40 minutes - 1 hour 4-32 Outdoors Robin Hood, eat your heart out! Over many years our team of qualified instructors has developed a simplified coaching method which allows all participants to learn quickly, and shoot more consistently and accurately than you would have ever thought possible in such a short space of time! Our archery team will give you the best tuition possible in this popular and well established sport. We have both children s and adult s bows and the minimum age to take part in this activity is eight. Four people can shoot at a time using two targets and we can supply as many additional targets as are needed for your guests.

7 Chariot challenge running time: 40 minutes - 1 hour 4-36 The team has to work together to work out how to piece together a human powered Ben Hur chariot. Having completed the build they must then manoeuvre their chariot through a slalom course in the fastest possible time, but with blindfolded horses. This is guaranteed to be a fantastic and very amusing communication exercise. Outdoors

8 Crazy golf Entertainment running time: 45 minutes - 1 hour 8-16 Outdoors For all those budding Tiger Woods out there, our nine hole mobile crazy golf course is like a dream come true! This is one golf course that you don t need to wait years to become a member of: it comes complete with operator, clubs, scorecards, mini marquee, bunting and balls. All that you need to provide is some flat ground for us to set the mobile crazy golf course up on. The mobile crazy golf course can be set up on grass or hard standing, indoors or outside making it very flexible for almost any type of event. There is no minimum or maximum age for crazy golf so this is a good choice if you are looking to entertain a very large number of people of widely differing ages at the same time.

9 Cryptic challenges Energisers running time: 40 minutes to 1 hour 4-40 Indoors or outdoors We offer a wide and varied selection of challenges that are not only fun but can be tailored to a theme of your choice or focused on bringing out particular skills from your team to ensure they are working as a cohesive and tight-knit unit. All the activities are fully inclusive, encourage participants to think logically in groups and work together to resolve the immediate problem and achieve a common goal. Most challenges can be undertaken indoors or out, and can be grouped together to create an assault course style activity, joined onto other activities or used as an energising activity for break-out sessions within a conference.

10 Garden games Entertainment running time: Unlimited All of your favourites, but in giant form! Chess, jenga, skittles, draughts, crazy tennis, quoits, croquet, petanque and pickup sticks. Unlimited Outdoors or Indoors

11 Human table football Entertainment running time: 1-2 hours Outdoors This is a huge inflatable version of the popular pub game and is hilarious fun! Human players play 5-a-side football attached to poles which slide from side to side across an arena with inflatable sides. With a minimum of 10 players playing at a time, team sizes can vary and it can be played in a knock-out competition or as a World Cup Tournament. Human Table Football is an ideal corporate team event for all ages and abilities and whilst teams are not playing they are free to watch, cheer and jeer from the sidelines! Human table football works well as a stand alone event, or as a finale. Either 5 or 6 a side. We would recommend a maximum of 8 teams for a stand alone event, using one inflatable system, but can accommodate more people if we provide a second system.

12 Inflatables Entertainment running time: Depends on format Depends on format Our inflatables provide clients with a fun filled activity, great for come and have a go or as a part of a larger event. Including volleyball and laser tag which have the added aspect of being inflatable and the more traditional bouncy castles and obstacle courses we truly have something to offer everyone. Outdoors

13 Its a knockout running time: 1-2 hours Outdoors All of our It s a Knockout challenges are designed to put your teams through their paces in a light hearted and competitive fashion. Our challenges are unlike any other event you will have seen before or are likely to experience again and fitness is certainly not much of an advantage! We recommend this activity for teams of up to 8 guests and on a rotational basis, we can accommodate guests. events@tag-events.com

14 Laser clay pigeon shooting Entertainment running time: 40 minutes - 1 hour 4-20 Outdoors If you re looking for something exciting which will bring out the hunter in you, this is the activity for you. Everyone from teenagers upwards (minimum age is 13) can take part in laser clay pigeon shooting, which is played with authentic but deactivated 12-bore shotguns that have been fitted with harmless laser equipment. Our team of experienced instructors will brief the participants on how to handle the gun, and will be on hand to give tuition and guidance throughout. The equipment generates the shotgun bang and when a player hits the target the sound effects of a clay shattering can be heard. Indicators on the gun instantly tell the player whether they have hit the target and the scores for all competitors are displayed on an electronic scoreboard. With one system, five guests can shoot at a time but groups of 15 can play in a 40 minute session. Alternatively we can add a second system which will allow 10 guests to shoot at the same time.

15 Rock climbing Entertainment running time: 40 minutes-1 hours activity 4-16 Rock climbing is one of the fastest growing sports in the UK, but why spend time travelling when we can bring a mobile climbing wall to you? The eye catching 7 metre wall features automatic belays, and allows up to 4 climbers to climb simultaneously. There are many different routes on the wall meaning that we can find a challenge for anyone and everyone, regardless of age or ability. Outdoors

16 Scavenger challenge Entertainment running time: 1½ - 3 hours Outdoors The Scavenger Challenge is a fun-filled and challenging game that lets your guests get to know each other, think creatively and work as a team. Step out from your venue and explore the grounds of Coombe Abbey. s of up to six people are challenged to reach certain goals by performing various missions. The teams compete against each other on various different tasks; they must take pictures, find objects, answer questions, complete different cryptic challenges and ultimately beat the other teams by prioritising between missions and earning points. This activity incorporates the best parts of a treasure / scavenger hunt activity and any number of teams can take part.

17 School sports day running time: 1-2 hours Indoors or outdoors s get to relive the fun, rivalry and probably cheating of their school days in this heady recreation of an end-ofsummer term sports day. Everyone is transported back to their childhood with events such as the egg and spoon race, the three-legged race, even the space hopper race as well as the more traditional sprint, hockey dribbling, obstacle race and fancy dress races. We have organised school sports days for groups of guests.

18 Segway human transporters Entertainment running time: 45 minutes - 1 hour 8-16 Outdoors Riding a Segway is a unique and thrilling experience for teams of up to eight guests. These unique two wheeled, self-balancing electric transportation devices harness some of the most advanced technology to date yet require no special skills to use. It only takes minutes to get the hang of riding one as the Segway takes care of the balancing part for you, meaning virtually any age or ability can use one. Segways work well as a stand-alone activity or as part of a range of team exercises as they increase confidence and add a sense of achievement for all.

19 Sporting challenges running time: 40 minutes - 1 hour 4-32 Outdoors Featuring a series of sporting events where teams will need to work together to ensure the best possible result for their team. Crazy tennis- a fun game of tennis, using oversized racquets with a small net and foam balls, the challenge is on to achieve the longest rally possible. Alternative boat race- the teams race their very own boat in this alternative boat race, which can take place with or without water!! Basketball- a race to shoot as many baskets as possible in the time period, with team members retrieving and returning their basketball to save time. Sumo penalty shootout- a hilarious activity, participants dressed in Sumo Suits must dribble a football round some cones before having a shot at Goal. Two teams race head to head, the Sumo Suit must be swapped to the next team member on every rotation. Combine with chariot challenge or human table football to keep with the sporting theme.

20 Sports games running time: 40 minutes - 1 hour 4-32 As part of your conference or team day you may just want to play some traditional field games; whether it be 5 a-side football, volleyball, rounders or many more, the rules, the equipment and more importantly an impartial referee are all supplied for you by TAG. Outdoors

21 Wacky races Creative running time: 1½ - 2 hours 8-80 Outdoors Delegates will be transported back to their childhood in this team event inspired by the television series of the same name. The teams must work together to create the most realistic replica vehicle: points will be awarded for design when the teams present their vehicles to the other teams during the parade before the racing takes place. Races will start Le Mans style with the first driver, who will be dressed in the style of their wacky racers driver, running to their car to start the race as quickly as possible. Changes of drivers will occur after every lap as the teams compete to finish the race in the fastest time possible to earn maximum points. Points will also be awarded following the race based on how well the designs held up during the race with scores totalled, the results are announced! Wacky Races is a great fun team event, fast paced and with an exciting finale. From the start, each team is encouraged to communicate, work together and tap into their artistic flair. The activity works well for team sizes from four to ten delegates, and group sizes of up to 80 delegates.

23 Drumming workshop Creative Collaborative Energisers running time: 1-1½ hours Indoors Rhythm and percussion are used to celebrate, communicate and even prepare for battle. The power of rhythm and percussion empowers, rejuvenates, and energises, leaving the group motivated and invigorated to take on new challenges. Drumming workshops work well for groups of as a great way to energise your guests. Participants will be taught the language of rhythm through nonverbal communication techniques. Also incorporated are musical breaks and solos once the group can play as one and a group rhythm has been established. The drumming circle gets its energy from the people that make it up, but everybody gets back more energy than they put in. The activity inspires and leaves everyone feeling unified, connected and with a common purpose. An open mindedness and spirit of teamwork is required for what is a very satisfying activity. Creating music together is about doing your part, but still listening to, and being in synch with the rhythm of the entire group.

24 Film studio Creative running time: 2-4 hours Planning indoors with filming either indoors or outdoors This activity allows a team s creative talents to shine with the bonus of a great result which can be relived time and time again. s of eight work well for this activity with up to a total of 200 people (25 teams). A motivating, fun and challenging activity that is ultimately fun based, teams must work together to establish roles, plan the production, write the script and ultimately produce the final take! The activity will bond and motivate the teams as they work towards a common goal. The activity allows teams to allocate team members to roles which suit their strengths, or roles can be predetermined to challenge team members. The activity allows for individual and team development within a positive environment. The learning processes within the activity can be taken back to the office as can the way team members can interact. Depending on the companies the activity could ask teams to incorporate a business message or promote a business theme. s may also be asked to produce their film following a set theme and genre to increase the creativity that the teams need to use.

25 Masterpiece Creative Collaborative running time: 1½ - 2 hours 6-42 Indoors or outdoors Our classic masterpiece event recreating a Picasso image works well for groups of up to 42 guests. For larger groups we can create a custom made piece of art or add this activity as a stand-alone event in rotation with other activities. Your teams will become amateur artists in this creative based artistic challenge. Although many team activities focus on team vs. team, masterpiece ensures teams are working together to achieve a common goal. Although initially working as separate teams, everyone soon realises that the real challenge is to work closely with the other teams to ensure they effectively re-create a Picasso masterpiece. Once the painting stage is complete all the teams then come together and with co-operation, team work and of course communication, as the vibrant individual pieces are brought together to create the masterpiece. The larger painting is mounted to create a take away memento of the exercise, which when displayed back at the office acts as a daily reminder of each individuals potential for creativity and the whole teams collective output. This is a truly stunning activity which never fails to bring a wonderful sense of achievement to all involved.

26 Nautical challenge Creative running time: 1½ - 2½ hours 6-66 We set sail with the teams on board, and cruise into a series of challenges. The teams will come together for an on-going challenge of the giant galleon build. Also taking place throughout the activity will be specific nautical themed challenges, in which the teams will compete against each other to earn treasure to store in their treasure chest. Indoors & outdoors

27 News creation Creative running time: 2-4 hours Planning indoors with filming indoors and / or outdoors In this unique activity delegates need to work together to create their own news bulletin. This can be either a collaborative or a competitive activity depending on the amount of time available, the number of delegates and of the group. Different parts of the newsfeed that may need to be incorporated include; the day s top news story, sport, weather, business news and horoscopes. s of eight will need to come up with a script for each part of the bulletin. The emphasis is on providing a verbally and visually informative and entertaining broadcast whilst following the theme that they have been set. Each part of the broadcast needs to last between 30 and 60 seconds. Where companies are looking to incorporate a particular message, this can also be incorporated into the main news story, which could see teams reporting on a new company product or innovation or even the conference theme. Generic props will be provided, as well as more theme specific props. Where more time is available, materials will be available for groups to create their own bespoke props. The activity demands that the group works together to be the best that they can be through their script writing, role delegation, communication skills, creativeness, artistic skills and time management. The maximum number of teams for this activity is 25 (200 people).

28 Pot throwing Creative Entertainment running time: 1-2 hours 4-40 Let your creativity take over and have a go at throwing a pot on the potters wheel. Once you ve finished your pot you can take it home to impress friends and family alike. This activity is excellent for achieving a relaxed and stressfree atmosphere for your event. 29 TAG challenge book running time: Up to 2 hours 8-72 Indoors & outdoors Type to enter text Type to enter text Type to enter text Objectives- Your objective is to score as many points as possible, as a team, before the clock runs out. You are in competition with the other teams. Choosing tasks- Every task has a page dedicated to it in this book. On each task page you will find specific information about: -What the challenge entails -Where the challenge is performed -What equipment you will need, and where you can find it -How many team members are required to complete the task -How many points the challenge is worth. Task levels- For each task there are 3 levels of difficulty, the easiest tasks are worth one point and the most difficult tasks are worth 3 points. On some challenges you will be required to state which level you will attempt, as you can only attempt one; will you take the easy points or gamble by attempting the harder task? On other tasks you will have no choice; you will simply be award the points for the highest level you achieve. The scenario is always stated on the task page. Compulsory tasks / Optional tasks- Look out for the compulsory tasks - a number of the tasks are compulsory, so please ensure you allocate time to do these. Other tasks are optional. Scoring- Most of the tasks require you to present your results to a member of the TAG event team. You should take your Task Book with you and when the challenge is complete the TAG event team will stamp the appropriate box on the task page. It is your responsibility to tear out the page and hand it in at the Scoring Station.

30 The cube Creative Collaborative running time: 1-3 hours Indoors or outdoors The cube is a great activity that can be held indoors or outdoors and the actual activities which make up The cube can be tailored to meet your specific. We recommend teams no larger than 10 per team for guests. Your guests will be welcomed and introduced to The cube, which can be branded with logos or images. The guests will be divided into teams; each team will be set a series of exciting and challenging activities in which they can earn one of the smaller cubes. Some are fast and furious Some are logical Some are guessing more accurately than the other teams Some are relatively easy to achieve Some are harder than others Some will require only one or two team members Some will require the whole team All are lots of fun... The activity is fundamentally collaborative as all the teams work towards re the cube at the activities conclusion.

33 Awards ceremony Entertainment running time: 1-1½ hours activity Indoors A vital part of success is rewarding and recognising it. Whether creating the right ambience to celebrate the company s success or acknowledging individual contributions, we can provide the service, creativity and elements you re looking for. One of most popular awards ceremony events is A Night at the Oscars, which brings the glitz & glamour of Hollywood directly to you. The intention is to make guests feel like superstars, so it s red carpet treatment all the way!

34 Barn dance Collaborative Entertainment running time: 1½ - 2 hours Indoors Whatever the reason and whatever the time, you can be sure that a barn dance is a great way to get people having fun together. Barn dances were invented as an easy and enjoyable way of getting people together and are absolutely ideal for people who have little or no dancing skills because most of the movements are natural to all of us - like linking your arm with someone else or holding hands to form a circle. Don t be shy, take your partner by the hand and have some fun!

35 Bingo Entertainment running time: During or after dinner Indoors Bingo is the most classic form of entertainment, and everyone s guilty pleasure! All you need to do is to provide the audience ready to enjoy themselves plus the prizes and we do the rest including a professional and experienced bingo caller to lead the bingo, the balls, cage, cards and of course the dobbers. Suitable for all ages, it is undoubtedly one of the games that will guarantee you maximum guest participation regardless of how many people you have to entertain.

36 Casino Entertainment running time: 1-3 hours activity Indoors Our authentic, full-size tables ensure that almost any room can be converted into your own personal casino. Individual spotlighting add the finishing touches while our friendly, experienced and professional staff will ensure the atmosphere is as close as you can get to the real thing but without the risk of losing those hard earned pounds! A variety of the most popular and enjoyable casino games from around the world are available.

37 Giant scalextric Entertainment running time: 1-1½ hours Indoors Giant scalextric is a great participation event and suits everyone it s definitely not just one for the boys! This activity will give you the wow factor as soon as you enter the room and our reliable and well maintained equipment will make sure that the excitement only stops when you want to take a pit stop. You will have a race director who will control the computerised scoring and PA equipment giving race commentary and organising the event.

38 Experience nights Creative Entertainment running time: During or after dinner entertainment Indoors If you re looking for a fast paced and fully interactive evening filled with fun, games and laughter, our experience nights will fit the bill. The activities can be themed to match your event objective or you can select from our tried and tested options. Whichever night you choose, our presenter will explain the format of a series of quick fire rounds with something for everyone. These can include traditional quiz rounds where teams have to answer A, B or C or true or false, TV game show inspired rounds- The Price is Right, Family Fortunes, name the year etc. The Christmas experience may include; the 12 questions of Christmas, the Christmas gift game, Christmas card catchphrase, and reindeer build. A sporting experience could include; summer of sport - were you paying attention? Bot vs. Bolt, sport is art, a sporting tweet, and sporting claim to fame. Regardless of whether you chose to have a theme or not, it s simply a great, entertaining, action packed evening for guests sat at tables of up to 10 people.

39 Murder mystery Entertainment running time: During dinner entertainment Indoors Give your guests the chance to star in their very own crime drama in teams of 3 10 people. Two actors will host the evening providing the clues and information to solve the crime. The guests will work together in pairs or teams to solve the crime by whittling down the suspects until one is unmasked as the murderer. You may choose to provide a prize for the winners or simply let the winning team from your group of guests simply lap up the applause!

40 Race night Entertainment running time: 1-1½ hours Indoors What better form of evening entertainment than a race night? State-of the-art DVDs, stunning props and a whole team of enthusiastic, lively staff make a great form of entertainment. Guests bet in teams: fun money will be issued equally to all syndicates, together with race cards prior to first race. There are on-course bookies and odds will be written for each horse on their Chalk boards prior to each race and guests then bet on their chosen runners. A betting ticket is issued and the clerk records the details of the wager. Pay outs are made straight after the race and include returns for 2nd and 3rd places as well. A standard 6-race evening lasts around 90 minutes in total, but this can be shortened or lengthened to suit you. At the conclusion of the racing, fun money is totalled to determine the winners from your guests.

41 Wine tasting Entertainment running time: 1-1½ hours 4-70 Indoors Every wine has a story waiting to be told. Our wine tasting evening gives you the opportunity to taste new and exciting wines alongside better known and popular wines in a relaxed and enjoyable environment. We will share the information on your selected wines which will engage rather than bamboozle your guests. We offer three different wine tasting activities: 1. Seated Open Tasting for up to 10 sparkling aperitif (not part of tasting) served on arrival 4/5 white wines (flights); 8 red wines (flights); dessert wine at least one bottle per participant is allowed for given wastage mineral water & water biscuits rating & ranking exercise 2. Seated Blind Tasting for tables of 8 sparkling aperitif served on arrival 4 white wines; 6 red wines (paired flights) at least one bottle per participant is allowed for given wastage mineral water & water biscuits rating, ranking and identity exercise brief wine quiz with prizes 3.
