5 GAMES, ATTRACTIONS AND ESPORTS Terra Virtua has partnered with many games developers and studios, including Epic Games and MakeReal, to bring the best VR games and experiences to the platform. We are not only taking existing top games currently on the market, but also we are funding development of new games to ensure we have exclusive and desirable content to drive even more users to this disruptive platform. This ensures a diverse portfolio of exciting games from launch. We are actively in discussions with esports companies, bringing another highly-sought sector to the platform. Newzoo has forecasted esports revenue to grow to $1.5b by 2020 with brand investment doubling by this point. Terra Virtua allows tournament hosts to offer a whole new spectator experience in a 360 virtual environment. There are plans to have virtual arenas spread throughout the Terra Virtua tm platform. Terra Virtua is already in discussions with sports leagues, concerts right holders and event organisers to offer these premium events inside the Terra Virtua platform. Companies who have recorded previous events have not had a platform to offer these events in the past, or lacked the expertise and user traffic to capitalise on the technology. The Terra Virtua platform will enable these events to be viewed in full immersive reality and drive new users to an entirely new way of enjoying attractions. 7 TERRA FORMA - USER GENERATED CONTENT We are working with Epic Games to create a simplified version of their Unreal Engine - the software backbone of the most sophisticated 3D videogames on the market. Terra Forma will be a simple, but powerful, toolset allowing all Terra Virtua users to create their own content, be it games, experiences or other attractions. These experiences will be then be hosted in Terra Virtua allowing users to monetise their experiences. Epic Games, with their top game Fortnite currently earning over $100m per month, have developed the Unreal Engine which will drive Terra Forma. The Terra Forma tools will be free for all users, and we anticipate this being one of the most popular aspects of the platform, as demonstrated by the huge adoption of User Generated Content in Minecraft and Roblox. 8 THE TERRA VIRTUA EXPERIENCE When you enter Terra Virtua tm the player enters a unique Virtual Environment. With accessible and intuitive navigation you can enter portals taking the player to any experience they choose, be it solo or team games, attractions, events and much more. The Terra Virtua tm platform is divided into zones which host portals, leading to attractions. Different from traditional Virtual Worlds, Terra Virtua employs an intuitive and simple navigation system which allows the user to be instantly transported to any point in the platform You are represented by your own virtual avatar or vflect which acts as your companion and guide in Terra Virtua. Your friends are also represented by vflects, making Terra Virtua a place to meet, chat, play games or attend events together. 9 THE COMPANION APP Terra Virtua tm doesn t end when the VR headset is removed. The Augmented Reality ( AR ) companion app is a real-world connection to the platform. If a player is not wearing a VR headset but still wants to interact with Terra Virtua, they simply open their app. Via the app, players can browse the marketplace for digital assets, be pushed new and engaging content, special offers and can add shortcuts to new experiences they may want to try later in Terra Virtua. Players can enter an AR portal inside the VR world, to watch their friends play games, update their VFlect or interact with other players. The app will utilise Artificial Intelligence (AI) to understand user behaviour and present them with tailor made, user specific information, based on their interests and behaviour. It will enable you to bookmark experiences, store your achievements, rank, status for different games and plan gameplay experiences with friends. The app acts as a messaging and meeting system between the visitor and their friends and will also allow interaction directly with their Vflect in fun single and multiplayer minigames. 10 IMMERSIVE REALITIES Terra Virtua is the beginning of Virtual Reality 2.0. A vision which was shown in the recent Ready Player One movie. With features and functionality that place the focus purely on the user experience and the content within that environment, Terra Virtua will provide more real world capabilities than any other VR experience. 16 INITIAL COIN OFFERING Terra Virtua tm plans to issue TERRA (TVA), a utility token that will be tracked on a public blockchain. Every transaction within the platform will be conducted via TVA. The token will be initially tracked on the Ethereum blockchain using an ERC20 smart contract. The value proposition to content developers is that they can fully capitalize on the economic interactions between their ingame experiences and users. To allow those economic interactions, the platform must allow three things to be traded: in-game currency, goods, and services. Terra Virtua will integrate a core system that allows global, instant, and cost-effective payments between any two users on the internet. Cryptocurrencies allow for trustless payment channels to be established between parties, with low-trust hub-and-spoke systems already possible.
