2 ABOUT CUT 2 SIZE Cut2Size started from the problem of someone needing to have a piece of metal cut to a specific size for a particular DIY project. When no-one could assist without too much fuss, we realised there was a gap in the market. So from this intial problem where we had to create our own solution, a full one-stop shop was borne - a service store that would allow customers to buy various materials and have them cut to a specific size or fabricated to their own dimensions and specifications. Here at Cut2Size we direct our attention to servicing this need, where we can service any walk in clients, signage companies, architects, interior designers, shop-fitters, fabricators, engineers, renovators or people that need fabrication done on small quantities such D.I.Y. projects. We dont mind if you have a scribbled on the back of a box or a have an industrial drawing. Our skilled craftsmen have the knowledge, experience and machinery to solve your dilemma.

3 services & prodcuts we offer Cut 2 size will cut to your size or shape the following; aluminium (up to 6mm), stainless (up to 3mm), mild steel (up to 3mm), chromodek, dibond, mdf and plywood (up to 16mm), hi density foam sheet (up to 20mm), brass and copper (up to 3mm), Acrylic or Perspex sheet, ABS and Foam board. If need be we will also bend, drill and join these pieces for you too. We manufacture Signage products for the business and home owner. Products include 1. Outdoor signs (made in aluminium, stainless, Perspex, Dibond, wood and chromodek which we will either laser cut, digitally print (uv print) or vinyl print and laminate onto the backing board of your choice. 2. Indoor signs including deco and art for your walls, door names and numbers, safety and directional signage, reception signs and toilet signs We assist the home owner with products such as splash backs, materials cut to your size to cover holes or areas that need to be covered, kick and push plates, postboxes and house numbers, wall cladding and room dividers. Name plates, identity plates, Tags and stickers can be ordered to your specifications (size and material can be chosen to suit your needs and branding type too. Whether for indoors or outdoors, we have the solution for you. We offer custom made boxes and cases as well as die-cut packaging foam to hold precious products in a secure manner.
