15 BANNERS Flex printing is use for the outdoor publicity in the form of hoardings, dealer boards, kiosks etc. Flex printing can also be used for banner printing. Outdoor flex banner printing is a short duration, cheap and effective marketing tool used for instant impact in the market. Flex Signage is also known as Backlit Flex, Flex Face, Front Lit Flex, Flex Graphics, Flex Printing and Flex Installation. Mint Graphics offers fabrication and installation of Back-Lit-Flex-Face signage made of high grade flex-face including designing and digital print out for the text. 16 WALL GRAPHICS Wall graphics can be pictures, company logos, geometrical or other designs which are meant to be mounted on walls. Today s innnovative technology has enabled the printing of creative designs onto self adhesive vinyl substrate that can be fixed to any surface and is tough enough for outdoor use. Whether you want delightful graphics for a child s room or a classy showroom display to impress clients, the instant change you can make to a room with the help of wall graphics is amazing. Mint Graphics full colour adhesive wall graphics are printed using mild solvent inks onto high quality matte white vinyl and can be cut accurately to any required shape. Graphics can also be printed on clear vinyl for special applications such as use on windows or when it is desired for the background to show through. Superchrome wall graphics come in a range of types and sizes to suit every purpose. Depending upon the look you want to create, you can choose from: Self adhesive vinyl lettering for shop fronts, window displays and events Small decals Extra wide format graphics for covering entire walls to create stunning retail displays or backgrounds in foyers and reception areas. 17 CUT-OUTS Die cut-stickers, also known as Computer-cut stickers or kiss cut stickers in the industry are made through a vinyl cutting process. The computer reads the lines (from vector art an.eps or.ai file) made on the computer, and then physically cuts into single colored roll of vinyl with a very small blade. Each sticker is hand peeled t reveal the cut out design. We apply appplication tape over each sticker to make application possible. This temporary application tape allows the stickers to be lifted from their paper backing and applied to the surface. Without it, you would be applying each cut-out element individually. Once the sticker is applied, the paper and the application tape are thrown away, leaving only the die cut sticker applied to the surface. The final look is a sticker that is one color, and looks like it has been painted onto the surface. Both the 3x3 and 4x3 Curved Pop-Up systems are excellent build quality and are designed for multiple use, as you would expect. We also build every unit in our production facility before sending out, so that you know that all of the panels match up exactly as they should.
