4 Front-Lit Channel Letters Channel letters are referred to as any type of three dimensional individually shaped letters. They are internally illuminated with Energy Efficient LED lighting. Our state of the art equipment allows our customers to choose from any type of font and even custom made fonts that can be manufactured into channel letters. 5 Reverse-Lit Channel Letters Halo letters are mounted away from the wall, projecting the light around the blacked-out letters at night. During the day the letters will have the desired colour chosen by the customer. They are manufactured purely of aluminum and have a welded construction. Monument signs are concreted into place and are commonly used for industrial estates, public parks, schools and others to inform people about the building or area they are approaching. 8 CNC Cutout Images Burlington Signs has the ability to cut out any logo and any style of letter out of aluminum, wood or plastic materials, in various thickness and finishes. This process involves removing the coloured die from portions of the awning material to allow proper illumination for vinyl graphics or full-colour digital print graphics.
