But, I think this is uneconomical and inefficiently, if the number of people in space increase, or if send people farther than orbit around the earth. So, I think this scenario limit human scope in space to orbit around the earth. (2)The Earth side posses overwhelming military power Unrealistic This scenario means the Earth side possess powerful weapon like "Space Battleship Yamato" or "Harry Stamper" which posssible to crush all MASS BOMB which has orbit head for the Earth. (3)Superpower scenario The only one Superpower on the Earth, overwhelm another powers in Space Technology, and grasp Space Supremacy too. With this, the Supremacy of only one Superpower on the Earth will be solidified. One who seize Space supremacy control the Earth. After this, Superpower push forward with the Space Development, under the strict control, and circumscribe the free activity by the people in space, in order to prevent appearance of Spacer. The above is this scenario. The reason of the necessity of "The only one Superpower on the Earth" is that if matches are exist, then Space Race is resumed, and Universal sprawl is caused.
