1 Video 112: What Exactly IS the 4% Universe? Written by Wes Penre, December 30, 2018 This is a transcript to video: Since the Wes Penre Papers (WPP), I have written and talked about the 4% Universe, which is the Construct, or the Matrix, within which we perceive ourselves. However, what exactly is it? We have discussed, particularly in our YouTube videos, that we live in a simulation a digital hologram something that is also supported by many alternative researchers and slowly, but surely, also by mainstream and alternative scientists. What does it entail when we talk about the 4% Universe? Did En.ki just randomly choose what he wanted to include and then quarantined it? If so, where does the idea that this is a copy of the original KHAA/Universe come from, and how does that work? The answer is, as we ve come to understand it, that he did not quantitively steal 4% of the real Universe and embraced it so that no one else has access to those star constellations and galaxies everything that we can see in space within the Matrix also exists separately in the KHAA and has nothing to do with what we experience within the Construct. What En.ki did was to make a model of 4% of what is out there in the KHAA, so we would have the illusion of living in a huge universe. Think about it like this: outside your house there is a huge, wonderful garden with lots of trees and flower-beds, etc. Let's say this is the real thing the real Universe/KHAA in its entirety. Then, you decide you want to make a model of 4% of what you see in the garden. Thus, you make a small model of it with fake trees, etc., on your living room table but only 4% of it. It doesn't make your model the real garden it s just a model. 1

2 This is a workable metaphor, as I see it. It means that the moon, the stars, planets, nebulae, galaxies, and the rest of that we see with our naked eye and in telescopes are not real. It's all just a digital "light-show." It looks real enough through the telescope, but it's just artistry. We can t go to these places because they are not there they are holograms. We live in a 3D interactive hologram, produced by a projector. We can see the sun through telescopes in 3D, and the sun is glowing, burning, and erupting. This is just an illusion think 3D animated.gif. In this simulation, the Alien Invader Force (AIF) can then insert UFOs and other strange objects and phenomena into the hologram, flying through space. If we think about it; we make animated.gifs on our computers that can look very real, if we are good artists. And NASA has artists that can create photo-shopped pictures of Earth, making them look stunningly real. NASA artists have even admitted to this. There is not ONE real picture of Earth taken from outer space...not one. Isn't that strange, when we supposedly have been in outer space so many times? There are VERY strong indicators that ALL pictures of Earth seen from space are fake. They were most likely taken from up in the air, and then they have puzzled it all together, made a globe out of it, and voila! there we have our Earth. Some of these images, peculiarly enough, don t even have one single cloud in them! How is that possible? Also, people who photoshopped these images cloned clouds and pasted those exact clouds somewhere else in the picture, hoping no one would notice. Scientists have now even admitted in public that we can't leave the atmosphere because of the huge amount of radiation in the van Allen Belt, and no one seems to pay attention. They tell us that they are currently working on how to be able to safely penetrate this radiation belt, but they are still not sure exactly how. The reason is that we are not supposed to. If humankind passes the belt, we would find out the truth about this simulation because there are no other real celestial bodies within the Construct. This means we never went to the Moon. We haven't even been outside what we perceive as our upper atmosphere. 2

3 As a comparison of how real this Matrix appears to be; put on a pair of these glasses people use for Virtual Reality Games. You will have a very profound experience--you will perceive yourself being WITHIN the game--it seems just as real as being here right now. You can even get the same sensations as you would in the outside world in which you normally perceive yourself living. I wrote in my Singularity book that there are now virtual reality games where people can put on glasses and have sex with avatars in the game, experiencing the same sensations as you would if you had sex in the real world. It s because we all live in a virtual reality by default. James Mahu of the WingMakers wrote the following on his website, and I paraphrase: "In this universe, there are only humans." He was talking about the simulation, without going into much details he apparently didn t want to focus on them for the sake of his narrative. It's just we humans here in an otherwise empty physical universe, with the AIF taking bodies here now and again. What about all the aliens people are talking about? Are they outside the Matrix? No, they are just in another density--the astral. They don't have physical bodies like us. They are "non-physicals" or "ontoenergetic hyperversals," as the Life Physics Group California (LPG-C) called them (see WPP Level 1). Most of them are AIF, but there have also been souls who have been kidnapped/hijacked from outside the Construct. Some of these beings are now trapped in the astral, while others are shot into human bodies, experiencing the same things we do amnesia, recycling, and all the rest of it. At this time, are there any KHAA beings on Earth, who are not under the AIF's control? Yes, there are, but they are very few, and they are here on missions-- often to gather information. They want to know why this soul group does not graduate. Now, when there are holes in the Grid, some beings can sneak in, but it's not without risks. Some of them take human bodies, but they also have the knowledge how to store their memories, so these memories can be regained while they're in their amnesiac human bodies. None of the channeled entities, or other entities people claim to be in contact with, are to my knowledge from outside the Matrix. They are non-physicals, being used by the AIF (they are in cahoots with them), or sophisticated AI 3

4 programs technology the military have received from the Overlords. Isn't it peculiar that many channeled entities have Australian accents? Pine Gap and other Australian military bases come to mind. Other star systems have also been trapped, similar to ours, but these beings live in their own construct, outside of ours they live in their own Matrix. Therefore, one could say that we humans live in our own Universe, which is nothing but a simulation. Other trapped star races (there are not very many of them, from what I've learned) live in their own simulation. I know very little about these star races, other than that most, if not all of them, have managed to see through their entrapment and broke loose. We humans are "lagging behind." Personally, I believe that the reason why it s more difficult for us to break loose is because we have a wide range of emotions, which are unique for humans. They are embedded into our soul as a part of the Human Experiment, in order to see if we can become better creator gods because of them. The AIF noticed this and took advantage of it for manipulative purposes. We are natural-born high level creator gods, and we are better at creating than most star beings in the KHAA, if we get the chance to create freely. Therefore, if the Overlords can manipulate us into creating something that would benefit them, we are right on it, unaware of that we fulfil their agenda. But we are magnificent creators, and by interaction, we have created the world we live in today good and bad. Because of our imagination, intention, and our emotions, we get very involved in what we re doing, and it can make it difficult for us to wake up to our true state. We must never underestimate our power to create. Unfortunately, most of us do even we, who are more awake. Moreover, we already ARE in the KHAA, but we PERCEIVE ourselves being on this planet in a simulated "universe" that we think is real. Thus, we don't even notice the KHAA around us. We're so busy living the simulation that we don't see the forest for the trees. The KHAA is everywhere. It's flowing through our bodies right now. The case in point is that there is nothing here to save because it s not real we re living inside a bubble. Many good-hearted people have suggested that if 4

5 we could only learn to live in peace and harmony with each other, this world could be a paradise. The problem is that there is no world! Why living inside a hologram when the real Universe is waiting for us to create in? 5
