2 PROLOGUE The mystery of UFOs is not a modern problem, nor has it appeared somewhere 38 years ago as many believe. The extraterrestrial phenomenon goes back to a remote time even long before the Earth history, long before the creation of life on planet Earth. Many people hardly accept that we aren t the only inhabited planet in the universe and that certainly our lives are governed by a controlled programming, which can be called Karma-Dharma -law of cause and effect etc. We are governed by a system that possesses even rules that are manifest through beings or higher entities from other dimensions and levels of cosmic life, though. Even though they are in other states of matter, they make evident their influence over the human being and over all aspects of life on the planet. It is known that some people have had contact with extra-terrestrial beings, the attitude of those beings with respect to human being is variable, according to their origin and personal interests, but there are also cosmic missionaries, scientists of life and evolution, who help beings to evolve into a more favorable environment. These beings are interested in helping smaller beings in the large evolutionary ladder and their attitude towards humans is positive. Indeed, it is an attitude of friendship, understanding, harmony, love and love divine. All that glitters is not gold. Not all of the extraterrestrial beings that come to us are necessarily good. That is a mistake. Scientific and technological evolution is not always directly proportional to the evolution and spiritual advancement, but, as an example, we have humans. We already reached the Moon, we send satellites and ships to Mars and Venus, an interstellar craft has already come out of our solar system, and how is our spiritual evolution? Perhaps, by those developments, and not naming others as important as the space, has the man become more human, more loving and sympathetic with his neighbor? Is he less aggressive and violent? As you can see one thing does not have necessarily to do with the other, man makes trips to the moon but still having large flaw and showing very little spiritual evolution. For this reason we should not expect that extraterrestrial beings that come to our planet bring just only positive things, beautiful things and help to solve our problems, which are very serious. We should not expect this miracle that the outer-space beings resolve our problems by miracle; at least, not expect it from them at all. Anyhow, there will be some extraterrestrial beings that want and are able to help us. For there is an immutable law "as it is up, is down; and down is as it is up".

3 The smart man does not discuss the likelihood of the existence and plurality of inhabited worlds. Yesterday, this concept was considered absurd, but today it looks normal. In our days, what seems to be unacceptable is to believe that only the Earth, a tiny atom which holds an insignificant place in the vastness of space, may be the only and privileged representative of intelligence in a vast and infinite cosmos. Our planet is one of the countless worlds that populate the universe, albeit the most important for us. We must be aware of that we are an integral part of a whole, whose infinite possibilities the man will never be able to point out. It would not be logical that we continue believing to be the unique repositories in the world, rather in the cosmos. The most precious gift is the possession of a lofty faculty, as you might be aware of, is through our own intelligence and reasoning. We must clearly understand that those beings who come from other stars, which are in other far and near galaxies are not only interested in the Earth and in us, but in our entire solar system they are explorers of space, in search of new horizons and, why not, of new knowledge and experiences. We must have very clear that the crew of these UFOs must have a very different concept about time and space. This is a big challenge to our minds because we would have to imagine machines that move beyond our measure based on our primitive concept of space and time. What do we know about the real influences that have those outer-space beings that come into their spaceships so far? What do they do with their powerful minds and great knowledge about us? Are we aware of the changes that we have made in the last 40 years about our concepts of the cosmos and the beings that came from there? Are the influences of extraterrestrial beings on the minds of human beings beneficial or evil? Do they want to help or dominate us? I personally think that there are two groups among the beings that come from the confines of space, the eternal concept of good and evil is repeated: There are good ones that want to help us until their possibilities allow them, but there is another group of bad ones, to categorize them so, that do not care about us at all. Instead, they have another kind of interest in the Earth, are perhaps its minerals? Are they, perhaps, looking for mackerel for their experiments? Perhaps, our mind cannot imagine what they really want from us. Every day the incidence of their call and sighting of space crafts of unknown origin and extraterrestrial contacts is greater.

4 The situation is quite complex, though. There are many contacts and contacted, photos and a lot more information than any of us could imagine. Governments will think the great powers know for sure that UFOs are real, that beings from other worlds come to visit us. This is not a modern fact; it comes from ancient times, even before the man was brought to Earth by them. But the truth of such visits and continuous observations, to which we are subject, is known only by the aliens, we can only speculate or draw certain conclusions, but what is the reality? Even today, with more information than 30 years ago, there are so many questions with no answer. It turns the enigma into something that darker and much more complex that they are the only ones who could ever clear those mysteries, but the question is: Would they like to tell us about their plans and actions? I do not think so. Extraterrestrial beings have given to the humans with whom they have contacted the information that they wanted in the form of transmitted messages. However, there has been often a misinformation in order to create a state of confusion and uncertainty to get an emotional instability in the contacts. We, who have had contacts with extraterrestrial beings, must take what they gave us, receive the information in order to see the truth between the lines or even part of it through inquiries to know what to expect before these beings that might be handling and programming us for their purposes that are unknown to us. Based on that, those unidentified flying objects are no more than temporary manifestations, in seconds, hours or days, of the essence of the phenomenon which is placed in very high levels of vibration of matter, whose speed is infinitely greater than those others that we can usually register or to perceive. Finally, we have to discover the origin and the existing reasons for these realizations that are more frequent every day. It is a fact that all authentic esoteric person will recognize as something inherent to times of crisis, through which the humanity is passing and that there are hierarchies and powers from there intra or extra dimensions; that aliens are manifesting themselves either to perform certain actions on the human being or to unlock certain energies, reprogram centers in the human brain, and perhaps to give an evolutionary jump or destroy the work and restart a new experiment, because the human being is a failed experiment, and before this species destroys itself or destroys and alter the solar system, it has to be removed with no pain, but without any risk to other evolutions of parallel inter-dimensional beings.

5 Knowing these hierarchies in a superficial way, I know that they make use of "disciples" who are the channels through which they act directly on the physical and material plane, very dense for them to act and move freely, without any danger to them. There are many extraterrestrial bases in several parts of the planet Earth, but the largest bases are on the Moon. The United States and Russia are aware of the existence of these lunar bases. Astronomers are tired of seeing rare Moon motions, lights that move from one site to another, large machinery, huge devices that move from one crater to another, landings and takeoffs of spaceships of all sizes. Why do they hide such information? Why is this not reported to the public properly? Why do not tell the truth instead? Perhaps the great potencies think that mankind is not ready for such information, and this would change the whole human perspective and dimension to create other special patterns around alien. Once the man reaches the Moon, which was a great feat and conquest, apart from taking possession of the Moon as a strategic point to dominate the Earth and obtain military supremacy, both The United States and Russia abandoned lunar projects suddenly. They seemed to have lost interest in the Moon. Why? Would not it be that aliens made a warning to the Earth: The Moon is already occupied by us. You must remain out from here. Do not come again or you will suffer the consequences. Well, it seems that the warning was heard and obeyed, because man does not already plan to return to the Moon by now. Maybe later, having a greater technology both scientific and military he could decide to challenge the power of aliens. The story that I will tell you really happened, and it is real in every single part. And this provides more evidence which proves that we have been invaded long ago. Aliens are among us.
