1 Cause No. PUD th Revised Sheet 1-1 Order No Replacing 3rd Revised Sheet 1-1 OK APPLICATION OF TARIFF (RT) 1.1 This tariff contains regulations, rates and charges applicable to the provision of Carrier Common Line, Switched Access, and other miscellaneous services, hereinafter referred to collectively as service(s), provided to customers by the Southwestern Bell Telephone, L.P., d/b/a AT&T Oklahoma. Southwestern Bell Telephone, L.P., (also referred to herein as the Company ) is a wholly owned subsidiary of AT&T Inc. AT&T Oklahoma is a registered trade name of Southwestern Bell Telephone, L.P. Services offered pursuant to this tariff may be offered under the registered trade names or under the brand name AT&T or SBC. All regulated and tariffed services offered by Southwestern Bell Telephone, L.P., whether under that name, the trade name AT&T Oklahoma, or under the brand name AT&T or SBC, are subject to the terms and conditions of this tariff. 1.2 The regulations, rates and charges contained herein are in addition to the applicable regulations, rates and charges specified in other tariffs of the Company which are referenced herein. 1.3 The provision of such services by the Company as set forth in this tariff does not constitute a joint undertaking with the customer for the furnishing of any service.
