7 RDS Remote Operations Services (RDS ROS) RDS Remote Operations Services (ROS) is responsible for the development and operation of the BEACON service delivery platform to support all BHI product lines and cross-product line real-time and remote services. BEACON TM is the services delivery platform for real-time data aggregation, transmission, hosting & storage, information management, visualization and decisionsupport. It is operated 24x7 by the BEACON Service Operations Management team. 7
