7 Quality Facilities Grand Eagle has two state-of-the-art transformer facilities. The Louisville, Ohio, facility specializes in medium core- and shell-form transformers. This facility, which has 46,500 square feet of production space, has an impressive inventory of pre-owned transformers, a complete oil laboratory and a direct rail spur into the plant. The Bradenton, Florida, facility is uniquely suited for large core- and shell-form transformers. Boasting 200,000 square feet of production space, the facility features a vaportherm treatment station, state-of-the-art air and hydraulic handling systems and two direct rail spurs entering the plant. Both facilities are completely self-contained with modern equipment, and full test floors. We focus on engineered upgrades, repair, remanufacturing and maintenance services for industrial, utility, and commercial markets.
