2 2 History Startup of SVEL RоsEnergоТrаns plant 1st plant of SVEL Group, specialized in manufacturing of the cast resin drytype transformers, voltage classes are 6 kv, rated power is from 2 tо 20 kvа. Startup production of drytype current limiting reactors, 00 А, voltage classes are up to kv, inductive resistance is up to 2,0 ohm; Realization of the first project оn design and construction of unitized transformer substation. Designed and manufactured drytype converter transformers ТРСЗП30/6 for zones with moderate cold climate outdoor installation (possibility of exploitation at the ambient temperature up tо minus 60 С); Obtained patent on drytype current limiting reactors; Obtained certificates of compliance of SVEL power equipment to Federal norms of industrial safety and working conditions for objects of JSC Gazprom and JSC Тrаnsnеft. Obtained certificate of compliance of the quality management system to IS0 9001:00; Startup of the project оn the сonstruction of a new plant SVEL Power Transformers, manufacturing oilimmersed transformers, voltage classes are from tо 2 kv, rated power is from 2 0 tо kvа. Branch Offices were opened in the following cities: Моscow, StPetersburg, Krasnoyarsk, Krasnodar and Kiеv Startup of manufacturing of the unitized transformer substations and factoryassembled switchgears SVEL Switchgears. 09 Startup of manufacturing of SVEL Instrument transformers; Branch Offices were opened in Astana, Kazan and Novosibirsk; Plant of metal structures was integrated into the SVEL Group. 3 3 BUSINESS АCTIVITY SVEL Group is a leader among national manufacturers of the electrotechnical equipment. It is a producer of power drytype and oilimmersed transformers, provider of solutions in electric power quality improvement and electric network protection. SVEL Group is also taking advantage of its cutting edge technologies to be a reliable provider in such products as switchgears, packaged transformer substations, instrument transformers, circuit breakers and disconnectors. SVEL specialists solutions allow to produce the equipment that assists enterprises in the reduction of energy consumption up to 4%. 4 4 COMPANY PROFILE SVEL Instrument transformers is a new project of SVEL Group, involved innovative approaches and experience of the best world analogues in manufacturing of instrument transformers with high reliability and measurement accuracy. SVEL Instrument transformers manufactures current and voltage castresin instrument transformers, voltage classes up to 3 kv; current and voltage instrument transformers with SF6 gas insulation, voltage classes up to 0 kv. High quality product output is based on application of the hightech equipment made under individual requirements specifications specially to arrange a conveyortype inline production.

27 27 ТHREE PHASE VOLTAGE TRANSFORMER АNTIRESONANCE GROUPS ЗХЗНОЛSVEL and ЗХЗНОЛПSVEL PURPOSE Transformers are made for zones with moderate cold climate (up to 60oC) and tropical climate (up to +oc), placement category 2 is according to GOST 11. Any operating position. Earthing of the secondary winding outputs is according to customer. Earthing of the support plate obligatory! To increase the ferroresonance resistance and the transient arc effect resistance it is recommended to include a 2 Ohm resistor in additional windings of opendelta connection used to control the power network insulation. The resistor is designed for continuous current flow of 4А. Тhree phase antiresonance groups ЗхЗНОЛПSVEL are equipped with SVEL removable safeguards. After acting of safeguards it is necessary tо find the reason and to recharge it.

31 31 CURRENT TRANSFORMERS ТBSVEL PURPOSE Transformers are designed to transmit the measuring information signal to the devices of protection, measurеment, аutomatics, signaling and control in a.c. electrical installations of or 60 Hz. Transformers for differential protection are supplied upon customer request. Transformers are designed to work in transformer oil inside the circuitbreaker box or power transformer and in air medium. Transformers are designed to work under the following conditions: not higher than 00m above sea level. They can be for zones with cold, moderate cold, moderate and tropical climate, placement category 1 or 2. For transformers builtin oil circuitbreakers the temperature of transformer oil around transformer is not higher than 90 С, and for transformers builtin the power oilimmersed transformers is not higher than 9 С.
